Bannon Trenton: brings out a bike ramp they use so I could get inside out of the heat. Might seem like a small gesture to some but to me it was so bloody awesome and rare.She was able to help my brother find part he was looking for and also offered us a cold drink. Had a great conversation. Really welcoming. Some great bikes in there aswell. Thank you Debbie you are an amazing lady
Phil Farmer: Debbie is an absolute legend, took the time to personally answer my emails and followed up on information I was asking for. This put her memory to the test as the business I needed to contact was a third party and not associated with the Bike Factory at all, as soon as she remembered the name of the business she called me and gave me the contact information. A lot of businesses today would’ve fobbed me off and left me to do my own research, would definitely recommend the Bike Factory, thanks again Debbie.

Simon Keir: I went into Adelaide HD to enquire about a Sport Glide. Never enquired about a Harley before and spoke to Mark. Mark was great and showed me around the bike, allowing me to sit on it, push it around, play with the panniers etc. Mark was very helpful, knowledgeable about the bike and gave me some extremely helpful advice about another model I was considering. Mark was able to allay my initial fears about the size and weight of the bike, me having never ridden a Harley before, explaining the best way to handle it etc. I was put completely at ease and my trepidation disappeared instantly. It just so happened that a Sport Glide owning customer came in at the time and Mark was happy for this guy to also give me some helpful tips. Mark clearly had a rapport with this man which I believe indicates that this dealership has a loyal and satisfied customer base !. Would highly recommend this dealership. Great !!

Matt Dickinson: I had the pleasure of being served upstairs by Alec Jarmyn. I was a bit standoffish to start with due to a previous bad experience but he built rapport with me really quickly with his knowledge and attitude. Alec listened and proposed some great options within my budget. I came in for a helmet but left with a helmet and a jacket. Even after the sale he ran through the product features so I got the best use from them. Both fit perfect, was a great experience! Will definitely ask for him in person again!

He owned the problem and he said leave it with me for 5 minutes, and l will ring you back with the answer to your problem you are having. Adrian “Beachy” Beacham: This has to be the best bike dealer in Adelaide. The service is second to none and all the staff treat you like a person, not a pay cheque. I will never go to another bike shop in Adelaide again.

Second time I bought a jacket. 2 of the parts people we very helpful in helping me with a jacket choice, the also had what I was looking for in stock an Alpinestars Bogata jacket in sand color. I bought it and I am very happy. They also have a good selection of bikes. Had a look at the CFmoto bikes and am really interested in the NK800 very cool looking. Some of the BNW adventure bikes were very nice also. Can be dangerous on the wallet to go in bikes stores sometimes 🤔 🙄 🙃. I would recommend give them a look for sure.

Nick Carroll: I recently got my learner motorcycle license and was referred to Moto Adelaide by a friend. Upon entry to browse their motorcycles I was promptly greeted by Paul. In quite a worried state I called the Glynde Garage and explained the circumstances and without having to beg the office staff spoke with the boss & he asked me to bring it in, see what we can do. Michael Hucks: I rang with an enquiry about fixing a scratched sink. They could do the work but I'd have to have the sink removed first. Which I didn't want to do ideally. Even though they couldn't fix it for me on site the gentleman still took the time to offer advice to explain exactly how to fix my problem. Before going through the expense of removing the sink or buying a new one. I could tell the workshop was busy in the background but I was still given the time of day. So even even though I'm technically not a customer I'll still give a good review on the basis of genuine customer service

Sonunda başaramadı ama bir şansı vardı ve benim için önemli olan da buydu. Delways, araba tamircisi arkadaşlarım arasında her zaman büyük bir üne sahip olmuştur. Warren McEvoy: Nice local shop, which is nice to support local as much as possible. It's first come first served, or as aussies say, first in best dressed......Went in for new tires on the Vstrom 1000, went in for Continental TKC 70's but they didn't have a front in stock. I had to make a last min decision, and went for the Michelin Anakee Adeventure, with Peter's recommendations. Peter was very helpful and friendly, I ended up getting the tires done in about an hour, and it ran me $800 installed while waiting. They also sell gloves, boots, helmets, jackets, and some spare parts like chains and batteries. I am very satisfied with how things turned out other than having a plan for a tire and not having it. Oh well. I am sure I will be back again when I need new tires.
