I have just finished my third session with Jennie and I cannot recommend her enough! I’ve had back and leg pain on going for 3 years and after trying every single type of physical therapy, acupuncture, swimming, chiro the list goes on.. I stumbled across kinesiology and I’m so glad I did. Jennie specialises in cranial sacral therapy and after only 3 sessions with her, we have started undoing years of pain and joint restriction. The continual numbness I’ve had on the sole of my foot is completely gone (this was just from one session) and the tightness in my calf is like jelly now. I am still speechless after each session as I cannot understand how she does it but the environment Jennie creates and her safe supported nature and extensive knowledge of the body allow you to unlock blockages emotionally and physically that have been stored for years in such a short amount of time.
