Karen Anne: Just saw cultural show of music aost enjoyable night

Glenys Brokeshire: Great facility. I went specifically to look at the latest exhibition in Gallery M which is an excellent space with monthly changing displays. There's also a superb gift shop selling exquisite handmade items. Also features a cafe, library and performance space which are all well utilised.

Adelaide Fringe Inc.: what do users think?

colin george: Second time I visited the Adelaide fringe festival. We saw 3 shows in the gluttony and garden of unearthly delights. The weather was very hot during the day but the warm evening outdoor venues and air conditioned big top tents with Japanese acrobats, burlesque style circus and music tributes made for exhilarating entertainment - I will return next year finances permitting

Tomin Pious: Amazing events, lovely food and shows

Indu K: , we visited music concert, circus and the garden of unearthly delight ❤️. It has something to offer for everyone. The rundal street turned to a party place where various artists performed on the street and restaurants offered food In outdoor sitting.

Bhoopendra Yadav: The biggest event in Adelaide, totally worth it with Family fun and Adults nights shows with yummy foods... Must go if you are in Adelaide on Fringe time👍

Vishal Chaudhary: Enjoyed, but there was not much fun.

Pitkoo Pitkoo: Garden of Unearthley Delights. My 2nd year at the Fringe had the best time thanks. And people ask whats to do in Adelaide? Silly

Pranay Hegde: The Adelaide Fringe stands as Australia's largest arts festival, enlivening Adelaide and its surrounding regions for 31 days and nights each summer. This dynamic event showcases a diverse array of performances including cabaret, theatre, comedy, circus acts, music, visual arts, workshops, and more. Queen's Theatre: what do users think?

Graham Nitschke: Such a great venue.Informal, basic, & as cool as hell!

Geoffrey Daly: Good venue, nice feel to it

Tamara Fletcher: Great venue. Knowledgeable staff on the bar - though it's Australian-expensive. The sound quality was good and the musicians excellent, they seemed well supported by the staff at the venue. Shame about other patrons who disrespected the support artist and other members of the audience by talking loudly throughout. No wonder we don't get great acts with that kind of rubbish. I wish venues would do more in terms of codes of conduct and enforcing them, to protect the experience of other patrons and performers and kick those idiots out.

Shaun Davidson: Night of brilliant live music and very reasonable beer prices.

Martin Davies: A great space. I saw Big Echo and six other bands playing the "Rites of Spring" event here. The sound was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed. The bar was stocked with great beers and wines. I highly recommend keeping an eye on Queen’s Theatre for upcoming events. Please check out my website therecordingstudioguy dot au for my blog and info about music and voice recording, mixing, and mastering in a great sounding studio space.

Randy West: Nice place to work and Scumfest here was always fun… good times…

Alicia Ely: 3 words - Vegan cheese toasties!

Bindi-ann King: Quaint how they've done up this old girl in a really trendy way to keep using her for performances and a bar next door for drinks and socialising before or after shows was a great idea and looks so cool way it was setup.......

John Kol: Great venue

Nate Gil Barshad: Really cold in here in the evening. We had fun here for our stage show debut. Would like to come again. Too bad there ain’t lots of shows here in Adelaide.

Jkfotonet: Great artist exhibition area😊👍

Tamekka Leicester: Really had an amazing time. Kid friendly, amazing food stalls and shows. Was very supportive on the hot weather days, and the atmosphere is lively and amazing. CIRCUS, the show was brilliant.Shout out to the stall that sold the sugar cane juices/drinks for giving my daughter and her friend a free cane juice on the very hot day. I bought myself a drink just to say thank you. It's extremely amazing and so delicious. Also have to say that all staff, security and cleaning staff were sensational. A lovely cleaning lady helped to watch the kids while I used the bathroom so they'd not run away or find themselves in trouble. Will be returning next year for sure.10/10

Kirsten Guppy: The hardest part of our first dance for our wedding was building up the courage to enquire about lessons! Roselyn phoned me to lock in a time that suited us straight away and I can’t remember how many times I kept repeating to her that I’m not a dancer. I was so nervous for our first trial lesson, But you are greeted with such love like you’ve always been coming and this is your home that we both instantly felt more at ease.We chose 6 private lessons in the lead up to our wedding. In our first lesson we learnt how to box step, I left feeling confident and not overwhelmed at all.Our instructor Roi was phenomenal, he slowly built up dance moves and in our last few lessons when we had our feet all worked out he helped us with our hand styling. On our wedding day I walked out onto the dance floor so confident, ready to show off our dance.I’m still not a dancer by any means but I could rip out or first dance routine anytime any place with confidence. We can’t recommend and thank Quick Steps enough for being the highlight of our wedding preparations and a time to connect with each other during a very busy time.Kirsten and Josh

Jay Martin: The best dance studio in Australia! With an incredible team of fabulous staff and teachers, especially Natalia, Rhys and Michelle. Thank you for supporting our preparation for competition and participation in the many wonderful group classes.

Pauline S: Dance lesson for my 90 year old mother. Great place, fabulous teachers Luke and Eric are exceptional when working with mum.

Bec Knight: Fantastic, amazing, exciting,Thankyou quicksteps for being so welcoming of everybody it’s like my second family. I love walking through the doors and feeling all my stress melt away, dancing for me is more than just dancing it’s my therapy. All staff are truely wonderful, special shout out to Kirra who makes every class fun and chooses the best music.

Arjun Amin: Eric is an awesome tutor - highly recommend

Steven Klindzic: Staff are very friendly and approachable, and will provide you with the training needed to achieve your desired level of dance skills

ANNE: & clearly explaining what the studio offers. Rare to find world class dance teachers like Alex & Natalia in Adelaide.

Chris Hales: The quality of teaching is excellent but the best thing is that you feel welcome in the studio.

Valaina: All staff were friendly and welcoming, we didn't feel out of place at all. It was comfortable and wouldn't mind coming back for the group dance sessions. Any questions we sent via text or email were answered promptly. The only minor issue we had was the parking after peak hours, so leave plenty of time to find parking

Watcha Makulit: Had an amazing lesson one fine day friendly atmosphere great staff and instructors have good sense of patience recommended

Anthony Parfilo: Super friendly staff, so energetic and helpful. Great way to socialise, have a laugh and learn to dance 🕺💃 also great coffee especially the Mocca ❤

J. J.: Greetings from the UKI used to sell newspapers outside this place in the 60's.Very fond memories of Adelaide. I think the place was called Fred Astaire's dance studio. Australia was always steps ahead in ballroom and what great photos of the students enjoying what they do best.I'm too old to return but wish you all continuing success. JJ

Allan Bond: We started going to QuickSteps many years ago to learn some dancing for our wedding dance. We have since been students here for years and have found all the teachers to be very skilled at teaching dance and very friendly and approachable. All the staff are amazing with us and our kids and we would highly recommend the studio for anyone wanting to learn to dance.

Anatole Roux: Very friendly place and technically very competant in teaching.

Hong Nguyen: I came here with a few colleagues to watch Chicago last Friday. It was a wonderful performance. In terms of talent and style, it was both similar and different to the movie Chicago. Set in the Roaring 1920s, the play cleverly critiqued the corruption & moral ambiguity of the era, with stories that are still relevant today. The performances from the cast captured the dark humor & sharp wit of the original. The show highlighted themes of false reputation, false justice, and the pursuit of desire at all costs.

YIEN WANG: Enjoyed the performance there. Parked on the street next to it.

Sandra Macgregor: Fantastic little theatre. Perfect for a fringe event.

Susanne Clift: The show we saw was great and the theatre has possibilities, but the seating was not designed for old people with cranky knees and back. The chairs we sat in were low and difficult to get out of so we would think twice before going there again

Cheryl Poyzer: Thoroughly enjoyed the guitarfeast, part of the Adelaide Fringe at the Star Theatre on Friday night.

Andy: Great suburban theatre. Excellent facilities. Parking in the local streets but very close. Brilliant theatre, sound etc.

Isabelle Doulay: Very nice welcoming place to see a play.

Leigh Dungey: Great community theatre

Srinivasan Narayanaswamy: Small and compact theatre

Ann Wilson: We were really surprised at the beautiful inside decor as it seemed smaller outside but it’s very large Inside with different rooms for functions etc. The meal was pub food upmarket. They were short staffed which meant that the salad and garlic bread didn’t arrive with our main course but thank goodness for Sofia. She was onto it and realized we were eating our mains without our first ordered food. She was simply amazing seem to be running the restaurant area so well alone. Well done Sofia thank you.

Tierney Cavanagh: Last night we booked a table in the restaurant and it was a great meal. The area was table service which meant we didn’t have to line up. The area is nicely styled and the booth seats looked like a great spot for a date night. We had a table by the fire which was a good spot on a cold night. The food tasted great and was a decent serving size. I took half the curry home as I was too full from eating the garlic bread. Definitely recommend and would come back again. The desserts sounded so good I want to try them.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options on the main menu and a separate menu for gluten free.

Scott Broadbent: Surprisingly really good, being a suburban pub I expected the usual overworked grumpy staff, average food, the 'standard'...But food was great, staff were sensational, really friendly and super efficient. I haven’t had staff this good in a pub for such a long time. I'll go out of my way to go back. For a quick stop in meal I was overly impressed.

Jonathon King: Food was yum, had the wedges and chicken/chorizo pizza, while the base and toppings were both delicious, the toppings would fall off the pizza when picked up. Took about 30 minutes to get our food although it was a very busy Friday night. Staff seemed a bit confused as to where our table was, even though we ordered using the table’s qr code online order. The upstairs venue for a comedy show was spectacular, great seating and great vibe throughout the whole venue will be going back.

Tom Haslett: After a really long day working and attending an appointment we decided to drop in on the way back to the hills to check out the renovations that had been catching our eye for a while. We were welcomed by Bryden at the bar with a friendly smile, and given the option to dine for table service or just casually in the adjacent area. We chose the casual area. Food was great…chicken schnitzel and the wagyu sausages! Nice beer and wine selection, and a pleasant crowd of people dining around us, all cheery and happy. Love the way they’ve changed a lot of the decor, but kept a lot of the original charm in the place like the brick work and timber doors etc which would be a shame to fully change. I noticed the silver retro space age looking ceiling fans have been kept that I remember thinking were so cool as a kid years ago…The air movement is good as so many places are stuffy as these days. Looking forward to coming back to enjoy the new Sporty’s outdoor area when it warms up more..we are glad we dropped by! Cheers

True Talon: I stayed here for the Adelaide Knife Show in 2017, 2018 and 2019.While it can be a bit pricey depending on when you stay the rooms are great and the service and amenities are first rate. There’s a supermarket across the street, plenty of parking and taxis normally waiting at the door. It’s too bad the the knife show was moved from here as it’s a much better location than the Show Grounds. If I come back to Adelaide again the Arkaba Hotel will be the place I stay.
