He also organised and reinstalled the cracked glass for our combustion heater.But the reason I'm writing the review is how the company as a whole reacts when something isn't right. There was a small issue with the door not sealing tightly, their attitude and service couldn't have been better or more professional and they resolved the issue the same day.When I see a business handle things like that, I'm not looking any further, I'm locked in for all future services.Note for all other businesses. It's not that hard, treat your customers well and they'll be a customer for life.
