charmaine harris: Wonderful day at Farm Barn for my grandsons 2 nd birthday, even though I’m allergic to animals and the coffee was great!!

Louise Boyd: Good experience for little children. A little pricey for what it is.

Olivia Todd: . Extra activities such as pony rides occur on weekends.

Shekhar Mukherjee: Beautiful farm to spend couple of hours. Very friendly farm animals, upfront and close for kids to pet. Plenty of space to sit and soak the excellent valley view. Worth repeating.

Kellie Ryder: Amazing experience

Esther Stanley: We took our granddaughter to the farmbarn today. We all had a great time. All the staff were very informative and helpful. Lots of animals to see and great facilities. 🐄🐖🐴🐓🐥

Keith Green: Great time for all of us...well recommended.

Cora Hodges: Defs come here for the animals and rides and kid experiences. Coffee is not fantastic and there’s not much in the way of purchased food- plenty of seating for family picnics though!

Bianca Hadi: Was such a good experience seeing all the animals and being able to interact with them! And also getting to feed the baby lambs 😍😍

Lesa Groves: Great place to take the kids - really low key which is perfect for our children. There's also a good playground and tractor heaven for kids into that.

Kathy Nygaard: For Mother's Day, my two beautiful daughters & families bought me a High Tea voucher. Their families also bought them one each, so we booked in today for 12noon. My first time visiting. What an amazing, beautiful place to have a High Tea, lunch, dinner or just a get together. Wonderful, well dressed, happy staff. We were taken to a warm pleasant room with an open window area. All rooms have a wood fire, so on this cold day, it was very cosy. Our food was presented beautifully & tasted amazing. The only criticism we had, was the thick coffee cups on a saucer was what we were going to drink our lovely tea from !! What happened to a china cup for tea ? Pots were also made of heavy pottery. For the price, it is good value but big points lost for this type of service. Must change for this high quality restaurant.

Michael Staska: Thank you so much for making mums last lunch a beautiful experience for her. Simone and the team made her experience just beautiful - pretty in pink forever. xxx Leanne and Mike Staska

andrea melville: Just spent the long weekend at Mt Lofty House . It was a special occasion.. a 60 th birthday celebration with a private dinner for 18 people . Everything was spectacular… the location .. the service .. the whole experience was above and beyond !! I really can’t speak highly enough of the high calibre of the staff .I would award 10 stars if it was possible!!!

S G: Simply Magical! We are just back from a magnificent long weekend at Mount Lofty House. Mt Lofty House is a luxury hotel with many welcoming spaces to enjoy. Our rooms were beautiful and included everything you would expect in a luxury hotel. But what made our stay stand out is the 5 star service from the Mt Lofty House team. The staff made us genuinely feel welcome and that they were keen to deliver the long weekend stay we wanted. Our stay started with Shaun from Reservations putting together a package of activities and bookings tailored exactly to what we wanted to do. And then these happened effortlessly over the weekend. Thanks Shaun, it was a delight to work with you to put together our weekend. We loved the hotel history tour run by Chris, make sure you take it when staying. Chris made us feel very welcome anytime we saw him over the weekend. Thanks Chris, we are big fans of the champagne cocktails! Our weekend included some time at the fabulous Gatekeepers Day Spa. Thanks to Claire for an outstanding massage, it was the perfect way to end a day after walking in the Mt Lofty Summit national park nearby. We also want to say a big thank you to the staff in the Piccadilly Panorama breakfast restaurant who are delightful and made sure we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each day and the staff in the Hardy's Bar and Lounge for their warm service and tasty dinner. Staying at Mt Lofty House is a must-do luxury experience with all that the Adelaide Hills has to offer on your door step.

Emma Schuppan: My Fiancé, Daughter, the doggos, and I did our Christmas stay with Heidi and Michael....they are some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival to this beautiful farmstay studio in their stable which was such an awesome experience for us especially our daughter who LOVES horses. For us, 5 stars didn't feel like enough to give them.Heidi and Michael we cannot thank you enough for opening your home up to us and making us feel so welcomed we will definitely recommend you to anyone asking about accommodation.Rooms: Comfy and cosy rooms, amazing little kids nook with bunk bed and activities area, coffee machine, outdoor kitchen which is GORGEOUS by the wayNearby activities: A 30min drive into the Adelaide Hills and a 20 minute drive into the Barossa Valley....what more could we want? Also Gawler is close by if you wish to catch the train into the city 😉

Serin Halliday: My young son and I stayed for two nights at this delightful retreat and absolutely recommend it. It's a small touch of luxury in the country, where you will find true blue hospitality and plenty of peace and quiet. Everything was top notch and well thought out. The optional riding lesson was a treat. My son was very comfortable on Muschi and with Heidi's experienced instruction, his almost non-existent riding skills improved very quickly. We plan to visit this bush oasis again!

Kai: Unique and awesome experience. Absolutely loved it; didn’t want to go home!Heidi and Michael are friendly and welcoming. The place is kept neat, clean and tidy. They’ve done a brilliant job with the place.Highly recommend!

Sonia MARIA: I love the stables and self contained accommodation on the property. It is awesome to stay at a place that offers horses just across the corridor. I love Toby the Palomino. He is being trained for others to ride one day. Can't wait for him to be ready. He is just lovely. And then there is Muschi ... a lovely Grey. I have seen numerous pupils take lessons on him. Owners put 110% effort with hospitality .

Mihriam Stocker: We cannot tell you how wrapped we were with Heidi's beautiful farmstay, it is a unique experience at the farm with beautiful horses right at your doorstep

Rod Warner: I spent 8 great nights living in this beautiful part of South Australia experiencing waking up and going to bed with 3 horses. Fantastic concept of living in a quality finished apartment inside a barn. Loved feeding them some carrots when I walked past morning or night. The hosts Heidi and Michael are so professional, obliging and flexible with all your needs.I can only agree with all the other positive reviews and simply add you must try this out for yourself.

Eilidh Graham: We had the most wonderful stay at Heidi and Michaels farm stay. It is truly stunning and the warm reception of both humans and animals was so lovely, we felt extremely welcome. The horses were absolutely gorgeous, it was so lovely walking out the studio each morning to such beautiful faces. We will most certainly be back.Thank you for wonderful hospitality Heidi and Micheal

Anna Stroud: A truly special getaway in beautiful, serene surroundings. The room is cosy and comfortable, with supplies of everything we needed. We loved seeing the gorgeous horses in the morning and giving them a cuddle. Heidi and Michael were extremely kind and welcoming hosts. We absolutely loved our time here and can't wait to come back!

Brad Joniec: Awesome accommodation, love the property and the horses/nature around me. Feels like a home away from home. Outstanding Sunrise and Sunsets. Heidi is an amazing host who has covered every detail. Thank you

Marianne Beltrame: I have visited the store a few times and very impressed with the customer service, thank you.

Susan Carpenter: We recently bought a rug from the Adelaide shop. We were very happy with the quality of the rug and the price. Special thanks to the gentleman who helped us with our choice.

Heather Dunstan: Great customer service. Went above and beyond to help with our lock issue. Thank you

Rebecca Eden Woods-Shipway: Team went above and beyond for me today, much appreciated. Such a beautiful store too.

Kylie Harvey: Warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store outlay is beautiful - a lovey and relaxing shopping experience

Kathy Kuchel: Always great deals and service

maryan ibrahim: One of the best furniture shops in SA, Adelaide.Unique designs and competitive prices.

Michael Pound: A really nice range of furnishings for the home. I went there to buy some artificial plants as I had heard that they are very authentic and real looking. I heard correctly and ended up purchasing some reasonably priced authentic looking plants for the home. It was a Saturday and the store was busy, so it was a little difficult to get the attention of staff, but when I was greeted, the service was excellent. It was hot in the store and I think the air conditioning was not working.

Natasha Pope: I purchased a bookshelf and picked it up. I got it home and there was a screw missing in the hardware package. This was not the fault of Early Settler but within an hour I had a courier on my doorstep with a new screw. Exceptional service and I’m really happy with my bookcase.

Trudy Wortley: Friendly staff

Hasan Ranjbar: , Charmaine, Carlton and Sidd were very helpful. We loved how the store is decorated and enjoyed the friendly environment. We really love the furniture we’ve bought. The Lisette 3.5 Seater is a beauty. The Annalise Extension Dining Table is of high quality and very handy. We also got the bed and mattress. Quality and Price-wise it’s really worth buying your furniture from this store. We would truly recommend them to everyone we know.

EVIL ROBOTSANTA: Better than average service but a bit pricey

N Easavand: The furniture is nice and the prices are reasonable. I loved the designs and the quality of the fabrics was great considering the prices. After seeing so many places, it was the exact store I was searching for.

Michelle Ladlow: Loved my salad and the lady that served us was very helpful

Radhwan B. Abdulhameed: I came to this place and they had an offer of 2 lunch plates for $12.5. They had some plates ready to be grabbed and they were still filling the other plates with other options of food. I asked if I can have my favorite ones now and one of the male employees said no. I said thanks and walked away and I was a bit surprised since all he had to do is put it in a plate for me.I came back two minutes ago and I was served by Tao, a different employee who greeted me with a smile and I asked him the same question and he said: “you can choose whatever you want.”The other guy should learn from Tao. He was standing in the kitchen at the time and I made sure he saw me asking for Tao’s name to give him a good review. Let’s be Tao and not the other guy.

emma Bedford: , if you like sweet, icey and generous this is excellent.Kid-friendliness: Lovely staff
