4worldlovers: We went to Mount Lofty house at the same time last year and loved it so much that we decided to return this summer. We love the location as it is accessible to the many SA wineries. Their Hardy's restaurant is outstanding - wonderful food with spectacular views! Definitely a special occasion restaurant, but their bar food is also excellent. Breakfast is cooked to order and is delicious, with table service and once again a beautiful view. Our room was very comfortable and overlooked the garden. Highly recommend this hotel.

Had the pleasure of spending a weekend at the wonderful Mount Lofty House. This is not your average 5 star hotel, this is over& above everything we thought 5 stars were. The attention from the staff at all times is so amazing & makes for a very homely and welcoming stay. The restaurant is 6 star for which I have left a seperate review. From the welcome drink to bottle of sparkling left in the room & absolutely EVERYTHING in between, Mount Lofty House goes over & above with everything they do. This was truly a very special & extra special stay.

My young son and I stayed for two nights at this delightful retreat and absolutely recommend it. It's a small touch of luxury in the country, where you will find true blue hospitality and plenty of peace and quiet. Everything was top notch and well thought out. The optional riding lesson was a treat. My son was very comfortable on Muschi and with Heidi's experienced instruction, his almost non-existent riding skills improved very quickly. We plan to visit this bush oasis again!

We had the most wonderful stay at Heidi and Michaels farm stay. It is truly stunning and the warm reception of both humans and animals was so lovely, we felt extremely welcome. The horses were absolutely gorgeous, it was so lovely walking out the studio each morning to such beautiful faces. We will most certainly be back. A truly special getaway in beautiful, serene surroundings. The room is cosy and comfortable, with supplies of everything we needed. We loved seeing the gorgeous horses in the morning and giving them a cuddle. Heidi and Michael were extremely kind and welcoming hosts. We absolutely loved our time here and can't wait to come back!

At Uleybury Equestrian Farm Stay we offer a unique experience in a barn studio equipped with modern comforts to ensure a sound sleep guaranteed. There is a catch, you will have our curious four-legged neighbours to share with!

The property is situated in the foothills of the Mt Lofty Ranges and the studio is rustic, clean and comfortable and will suit adventurous couples, single travellers or a family of four. The studio has a Queen bed, leather sofa, separate bunk area and a small kitchenette with microwave oven and fridge. There are no indoor cooking facilities; however, a Weber BBQ and outdoor dining area are provided for outdoor cooking. The luxury shower block is located within a short walk from the studio. The property has extensive garden areas and the sunsets are spectacular!

Michael and I have been renovating our property over the past 10 years to create a park-like setting for our boutique Equestrian Facility. We both love to travel and many of the garden features, particularly the deciduous trees are inspired by our favourite places in the UK and Europe. We also love to provide our guests with activities to experience the wonder and beauty of South Australia. We offer boat trips to the River Murray, Horse Riding on the property and Wine Tours in the Barossa.
