kealan ranford: Good day out, despite the weather not being great. Had a great time at our "fluff & stuff" encounter, had a good wander around the park, fed some roos, met a very friendly emu & even saw a platypus.
Alannah Mehaffey: We visited today with our 3 kids and had a fantastic day. Harry the keeper was the highlight of our day out today, he was so informative and friendly and a special mention to how kind and inclusive he was with our son with some additional needs. Our boy Seb adores animals and Harry went above and beyond to make sure he felt welcomed and included. Thanks Harry for being awesome! Warrawong are lucky to have you 😊
St Raphael's School, Parkside: It was an incredible day at Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary as part of our school's Cultural Immersion Program! Our visiting Chinese students got up close and personal with some of Australia's most iconic wildlife, including snakes, lizards, koalas, kangaroos, emus, and so much more. This hands-on experience allowed everyone to learn about the unique animals that call Australia home in a beautiful natural setting.Warrawong is not just a sanctuary; it’s a vital part of Australia’s conservation history, providing a real wildlife experience. Our students participated in engaging activities, including wildlife shows and reptile handling, making unforgettable memories.
Frances Mills: 16th June 2024. Lovely place, beautiful. The emu stole our hearts and would have loved to take him home. Beautiful tranquil spot.
Wendy Harris: A truly memorable experience to share with our international guests today. The owners are true conservationists, working so hard to rescue and care for Australian wildlife. At the same time, they share their vast knowledge of our wildlife with enthusiasm. Plenty of kangaroos, emus, koalas etc to interact with, in a beautiful natural and well maintained setting, conveniently close to the main drag in Hanhdorf. I highly recommend Warrawong. If you have the chance, go and visit! Fabulous!!
Cindy Rellaz: This is one of the only sanctuarys I've been to where the animals are actually looked after properly! Even the parrots cage was extremely clean. Absolutely adored the cafe with the glass view of birds. Beautiful walk and scenery. A must see if visiting Adelaide.
Igor Sochkan: Beautiful wildlife sanctuary, such a great place to visit, fun and safe for kids and adults. Will be back here again
TRACIE STAVREAS: A big thank you! To the staff at Warrawong for there hospitality.Special thanks to Caitlyn from Myah, Evie & Leroy for making our junior keepers experience one to remember our most favorite thing was being able to interact with the dingo's

Julie Denton: My children participated in the Junior Keeper for a Day experience today and had the absolute time of their lives. So many amazing, hands on animal experiences, wonderfully educational and so much fun! The smiles still haven't left their faces and they're now recounting the day to the rest of our family. I would highly recommend this experience, worth every penny!
Theadora Vogels: Amazing place I love seeing all of the animals and feeding the kangaroos and the emu
Jessie Bowley: Did the Raptor Encounter here. Was amazing. They have 3 owls, a falcon & a beautiful young wedge tail eagle that are all gorgeous. The bird handler Amy was very nice & even gendered me as female. Which was very unexpected because I never tell people I am transgender or expect to be seen or acknowledged as such, but very appreciative 🙂 The kangaroos are so gentle with feeding & incredibly good with human interaction & petting. Wonderful place. Can't recommend it enough.
Sonya Love: A wonderful , welcoming sanctuary..the kangaroos , emus and Cape barren geese were all very gentle with the kids ..The friendly enthusiastic rangers were very educational in showing us the dingos, reptiles , koalas and talking koalas..An interatactive experience ..saw lots of turtlesin their ponds and will be back another time to try to see the elusive platypus ..Def worth visiting.

Jennifer Marshall: Sad history for this Zoo, especially for George the Orangatan and various incidents that occurred from its inception. There was a wide and varied display of animals in clean enclosures. Enclosures could be much larger but I understand it's hard when there's only a limited amount of Zoo property. Overall, the amenities were great, the staff were informative and polite and the entrance fees were reasonable.
Jonathan Hu: Happy birthday Wangwang and Funi! Proudly as a lifetime member of Adelaide Zoo, I booked a flight all the way from Sydney to Adelaide in the last week of August 2024 to celebrate their birthday before they go back to China. And the giant pandas definitely make Adelaide Zoo the best zoo in Australia! They are so cute and adorable! I’m even thinking about moving to Adelaide so that I can go here every one or two days. The other animals such as little blue penguins are lovely as well.
Ebony Adams: My favourite part was the bats in the trees outside the zoo. Bats forever have my heart. I love bats #teambatsforeverVisited on Public holiday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Czt: It is a small zoo, it takes about two hours to see it completely. Its biggest attraction is the pandas, I loved them. I was a little disappointed that they don't have koalas to take photos with. For children and adults it is fine

장소연: It was really really really good 👍👍👍It was the best tourist destination during my 4 months living in Adelaide. This museum of incredible amount and information is free...From the pavilion where you can see Australian indigenous culture on the first floor, you could see the natural ecosystem, Egyptian mummies, and even minerals.Personally, I don't like museums that much, but I saw it in about 2 hours. The English explanations are also explained in an easy to understand manner, making it easy to read. It's nice that the land is large haha. It's almost as big as a transplanted wild place.I totally recommend it!
