Daniel Adams: Absolutely amazing staff, super helpful with the purchase of our Stimson Python and our Bredli Python!Very well priced, always happy to help with any of our questions or concerns.Helped us choose the right snakes for our home and the ones with the right temperament for what we wanted.The "starter packs" they offer with the enclosure and everything you need were amazing, we bought one for each snake and Josh was super informative about temperature and managing the snake's lifestyle both in and out of their enclosure.We won't be going anywhere else for our reptile needs and will most certainly be purchasing more snakes in the future!Thankyou again to Josh for always helping everytime my partner and I come in! The owners work really hard, just the two of them, and they've built this huge, well-maintained business. Don't believe everything you read online, there's a lot of keyboard warriors out there. Just go and check it out for yourself, don't listen to what other people say. And think about it, Fish Haven has been around for 38 years, if it was so bad, why would it still be here? I've been going there for years and I've tried other shops, but none of them compare to Fish Haven's variety. It's the largest in Australia, go check it out!

Aggie's Aquarium is the nearest place to my house, and I will definitely be coming back.The aquarium also has many fish varieties, various aquarium equipment and food options. Additionally, they have some reptiles, I think.

Katie: They have top notch customer service, everyone is so friendly and I LOVE that I can take my two girls in there so they can choose their toys or treats. Pricing is slightly above other places, especially for food but they have a huge range of quality products. My family and I are long term customers and will definitely go back. Awesome range of Rogz Collars and Kong toys too, in case that's important to people. I love the reflective collars for night walks. I bought my beautiful girl Pixi from here back in 2007 and she was with us until last year. They no longer sell dogs etc though due to law changes, but when they did, they were always well cared for and never caged in.

N Carson: We purchased a hand reared cockatiel from here a couple of months ago and I never knew how much character these little guys could have. It's so clear when an animal has been lovingly raised - they have a personality, engage with humans and have confidence in their trust. This little guy that we bought quickly became affectionate, gave kisses, and now he says his name and makes kissing sounds. The owners and workers of this shop are clearly experts and can give you any information, products or advice that you could possibly need. We're very happy!
