We opened up a pop-up restaurant in Adelaide, we had invested time and money with another POS system, which ended up collapsing and creating many headaches for us during our first week of trade. The other company couldn’t fix the issue and it was causing our team so much stress and loss of income due to all the mistakes it was causing.We found Frabpos’s details on google as we were frantically trying to find someone who could help us with a new POS system.We spoke to Alfred on Friday morning and explained our situation. We told him we couldn’t go into another busy weekend with our old POS. Alfred and his team had a whole new POS system including hardware for us within 5 hours of speaking to him. They actually saved our business.We are forever grateful to Alfred and his team for helping us out with such a quick turnaround.The FrabPos system worked like a dream.
