Matthew Lassemillante: We've been using a lot of their gear for the past 5 years and the team here is absolutely outstanding. Any warranty claims they sort out straight away, hassle free. Any items we've incorrectly ordered or had sitting in the shed for a while that we no longer require, they've sorted out returns and refunds with Zero fuss. Every time we call, they are extremely understanding, cheerful and excellent to deal with. When we've needed gear urgently, they go out of their way to get it sorted. We still use conventional wholesalers and have great relationships with them, but the service you receive from Voltex doesn't compare.
raymond freeling: Fantastic customer service i rang and said the i had a problem with 1 LED down light out of 40 that i had installed and within 4 hours i had a replacement delivered to my front door i also asked if i could have a few extra to keep for the future and they sent those as well , as they are only a plug in easy peasy to fix yourself you cant beat that for customer satisfaction 5 stars plus .

Mike Bazil: I took in an UV torch today, thinking that it was a very poor product because it emmited very little light, and hoping for a refund. The young fella that served me pointed out that the batteries that i put in there may be at fault. Well, sure enough, he put some fresh batteries in there, and it worked great. I must have had some flat batteries in the van, and didn't check to see if that was the cause of the problem, before i returned to tha store and complained. Was my face red with embarrassment...I am an electrician! Anyway, the fella was very kind about it, and helpful and forgiving... top marks for customer service!!!

I would like to add when I spoke to James the boss, he too was outstanding so much better than the previous staff/owners. He was very polite and spoke with a smile which accounts for a lot these days. As soon as we walked into the shop we noticed a big difference to the culture and the fact that there were more customers than we'd seen in a long time and it was a Monday! Hands down, this bed was the best! It was delivered in an efficient & friendly manner, and I couldn’t believe how great it was! I can’t wait to go to bed each night & have stopped waking up during the night. I also no longer wake up with pain or stiffness, as I previously did. I use the app to set it to massage as my wake up call. Heaven!!! The staff under the leadership of Ali, are all friendly, helpful & will go out of their way to assist. The company was very helpful in selecting the beds. They went over and beyond when we needed a change over of mattress for my wife's mother.* Excellent post sales service. We had a couple of small issues recently and Ali was very willing and able to solve the problem in a timely manner.* The beds themselves are very comfortable and well made*I love the different programmed positions. The ZG shape is very good for sleeping once you are used to it and greatly reduces snoring. Great for reading in bed or watching TV with the other positions on the remote.*Split beds are the best. No partner movement and you can have the position you want without disturbing the other person.* USB ports are very handy for charging the mobile or ipad.* All covers wash well without a change in shape.All in all, you should be very happy with an Ultramatic bed. Definitely worth a look if you want an electric bed.

Following their setup on my Ibanez xiphos it's feeling as crisp as ever, playing real smooth, makes me feel like a better player even. Might be the most expensive guitar setup in Adelaide but the service and setup is immaculate, I consider it money well spent for a perfect setup, wouldn't go any cheaper and risk missing out on that Lauda guitars service 🔥🔥🔥.
