I was desperately trying to get my bike serviced cuz where I had bought the bike from they were booked out which is fair enough cuz end of covid. Everybody wanted to get out on their bikes and ride and they wanted to get them checked over for safety before they did that ride.A friend told me to ring David at Scootaround Tapleys Hill Road. He'll be most likely be able to service your bike. Well. I rang him and he said Wayne. I'd love to help you out, but to be fair and honest with you, I don't want to hold you up I don't want to let my customers down. At this stage l will have to say no. Something about him wanted me to meet him in person. Although I live very very far away from the dealership he wanted to help me, but he had his hands tied but that did not stop him in helping me out. In other times I have rang him. He said if I don't know the answer I'll find the answer and I'll ring you back.Well the other day I did get to meet him and he turned out to be a very nice person to deal with.I would have no hesitation in buying a vehicle from him or Vespa, bike. I love the showroom. It was small but still it had that atmosphere.

Sarah Murray: The boys here are very helpful, professional and friendly, In the 14 months I've had my mobility scooter I've had 1 full service, a wheel alignment and a flat tyre repair done here. Cost of labour and the pick up & delivery are reasonable if you can't get your scooter to them personally.

BDR: I had a major issue with my Parmaker Explorer ride on golf cart & the Manufacturer in Melbourne recommended that I take it here to get it repaired. Thank goodness they did ... because these guys were so friendly, obliging & professional & they had my cart fixed & running within an hour & all at reasonable cost. I can thoroughly recommend them.

They went above and beyond to assist with my questions with regards to a scooter purchase for my mum who was unable to attend in person due to illness. The delivery was extremely punctual and communication was made throughout the day. The member from the team who delivered the scooter assisted my mum with outstanding care and was extremely helpful and understanding. As a nurse I've dealt with many companies that assist with mobility requirements and this company is definitely the best and I would highly recommend them. The price was also very competitive.

Geoff Hasse: do not buy from these people I did and I regret it. I bought a 2nd hand scooter from them that had done 160 hours with new batteries and tyres. In the first week the steering rod fell off and I crashed into a wall. This is my 3rd gopher and worst. In the 3rd week the key cylinder broke and I had to have it brought home. In the 3rd month the accelerator broke, and inthe 4th moth the batteries packed up. The batteries are Fusion brand AGM 12 volt 75ah recomended by this company. They were sent to FUSION for testing and they would only replace 1 which will cause battery failure in the near future

Had a quirky manufacturing defect from Yamaha on my part, gave them a call and their staff helped with how they personally got around it and ended up solving my issue. Dealt with Jon on eBay and Will over the phone - great blokes!
