Lucy Evans: Chris and her team are the best! Absolutely first-class. They really love the dogs, and it shows. After 2 years of weekly visits and occasional grooming, Daisy still charges in to see her doggy friends with pure excitement, every single time. We wouldnât go anywhere else for dog day care or grooming.

Secondly, after a few bad experiences with groomers we decided to try Beaus for our very anxious Groodle. We have been very happy with the way they groom her and the way they are so kind and caring and take their time to make sure she is ok. Sheâs terrified going in and happy and less anxious when we pick her up. Weâre grateful for the staff at Beauâs for looking after our girl so well.

They cannot be more accommodating to our and our dogs needs!We love the regular photo's and updates that Beau's sent us. Andy Hendo: Should be 10 gold stars. Our cat spent 2 weeks at the hotel. The whole experience was excellent. George was happy and content when we collected him. We received daily progress reports which was very comforting. The cherry on top was we were 1 night overdue because we flew home on the day of "the blue screen of death" I.T. incident which delayed our flights. Beau's staff could not have been kinder or more understanding. George was kept in for an extra night which we were not charged for. How good is that?Well done team, you have our sincere thanks and gratitude. See you at Christmas for our next booking.

Jaqueline Gillen: Our little West highland terrier Bonnie can be quite timid and shakes when we go to our groomer and Vet but when she arrives at Beauâs pet hotel she walks in quite confidently and greats the nice staff who are very welcoming. This is really good for our peace of mind when we leave her - she appears happy to be there and everyone is friendly and makes a fuss of her which she clearly enjoys! Each dog gets individual care and time outside with other dogs or on their own if preferred. Bonnie prefers the company of other dogs through the fence apparently ! I can highly recommend Beaus for your and your pets holiday!!

Larissa Au: Iâve been using Beauâs Pet Hotel for just over three years now for my dogs. Biscuit and Toffee both absolutely adore the staff and I know they will be loved and cared for whenever I go on holiday. I get regular updates from Beauâs and they have so many wonderful extras for your pups you can add on to their stay. I have very social dogs, so I always add on the half day daycare option for them. Will always use Beauâs for when Iâm travelling and need to board my dogs. All the staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff sent us lots of photos and updates of him throughout the day so it was reassuring to be able to see what he was up to. It is a great way for our puppy to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment and gave us peace of mind that he's not bored or anxious at home on his own.

Mich Robinson: 11 years ago, I tried Dogcity in Kent Town for my Bikkie Boy. He loved it and tragically we lost him in a hit and run. It has taken us that long to get over Bikkieâs loss. Now we have Maisy-Jane and Dogcity are still the best. She absolutely loves it. Support local!

We have a third time rehomed puppy and they have done an amazing job at teaching him some new tricks, habits as well as socializing him into his new home. Worth the weekly expense!

Sarah greeted us and, after much consideration, agreed to trial our dog right then . Fortunately, he responded well and was looked after by KIP for the 3 days. We were very blessed also to be included in the 3 day special, so our total cost was $82. So thank you from us and our 14yr standard Schnauzer.

The manager is lovely, accomodating and very understanding. They even did a thorough first day behavioural assessment of our dog which contained important information. He's developed a wonderful connection with his groomer, and I can tell he feels very safe and special during each grooming session. The results speak for themselves â he looks fresh, happy and gorgeous after every groom. Doghouse truly went the extra mile to deliver a picture-perfect groom for my wedding. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and their communication is excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough. A big thanks to the fantastic Doghouse team for everything!

She is 'one with the dog!'Force free is such an important part of dog grooming. If you haven't heard much about it, please look into it, it's quite awful and can really ruin the beautiful nature of our fur babies.
Spotted Zebra: Okay price and good location for those that work in the city. Bigger facilities would be welcome and the reason why I only gave 4 star. Also allowing the groom to include unlimited daycare on a respective day would be better. Rather than only doing 8 hours and then needing to pay extra for additional time based on a normal 9-5 worker.
John price: Excellent daycare for your furbabies, the staff are very friendly and really look after the dogs.The groomers are great value for money but they get booked out really quickly so make sure you book a few weeks in advance.

This was Kesha's second stay and she was happy enough to be there and was well looked after and unphased by her 6 night holiday!
