Melissa Herraman: . Left the early morning and got to start of my 31st, I felt safe there and that is saying something since I have anxiety and trust issues. The atmosphere is wonderful especially the dancers and DJ. So worth going here!

Emma-Lee Steer: as a white girl tourist this is the best club i’ve ever been to in my life. We knew every single song that came on, there was enough space to dance properly, cheap drinks, the entire movie of camp rock was the only visuals on a projector at the back of the stage. 10/10

Last time we went to sugar we had an absolute great time whacky atmosphere and vibe. Felt like a fever dream ( in a good way ). However we went last night and the security on the door was horrible. I know this may not be sugars fault but I find it really disappointing. Unfortunately our friend who’s come all the way from whales was refused entry because his id photo looked “about 10 years old”. Mind the fact that he is 20 so I don’t think his id makes him look 10. And wasn’t an “Australian id”. I don’t see how you can be refused because your id photo looks too young especially “10 years”. Actually a breach of the equality act from 2010. Anyways girl doing the entry was lovely, and cheap entry

Mel Hoo: Bouncer here was great and very friendly, the club was actually clean which seems to be rare in Adelaide, even the toilets were too which was great. If you like a disco vibe the music and lights are great. However the bar tender told me he could only do red bull and Malibu. But overall was a great club!!

Filip Kaličanin: Since i saw all the european and american artist this club brought to adelaide i have to say that you guys here need to be more appreciative cause this is an elite selection of music artists, the crowd was too small the other day i guess adelaide people dont have elite taste.Club looks nice with funny small balls pool tables. 8bucks for gin and tonic not so bad, i guess other prices are ok too.The only thing is the sound, its kinda bad, they have funktion one but it is either too old and dont produce good sound anymore or somebody need to adjust the amp.

Chantalle Schweizer: Visited this place to attend a music gig/concert, got nice up and close to performers. Many bouncers we're present however we had no issues with them and the overall attitude of the crowd was great with a fair bit of diversity.Drinks were average, however the aesthetic of this place was awesome, and security and bar staff seemed in good spirits.

Marc Webb: I attended Distil for a function. The venue was clean and well presented. I don't drink alcohol, but was glad to see they had a few non-alcoholic specially drinks available.I would have liked a bit more range, particulalry as the zero beer would be, in my opinion, the worst one in the market, but I think the "non-drinker" wave is yet to fully be accepted.Keen to go back, maybe try some food next time.
Kelly O'Brien: We held my daughter's 18th birthday party in the function room upstairs and it was fabulous. The venue manager is second to none. Organised, super responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfect with seating in booths and plenty of room to dance. The bar is a good size so good access for getting drinks. Grazing table generous. I highly recommend Distill for any function/party.

Darren McInnes: To Steven and the team at Distill, a big thank you for a wonderful 18th birthday function. Right from the outset, your service and willingness to assist was excellent and, to be honest, pleasantly surprising. Not only is the function space perfect for such occasions, you took all the stress away from organising such an event. We were able to enjoy the night watching our son and his friends have a fantastic time. With free venue hire, we felt the cost was very reasonable, particularly when you consider our designated security person and the monitoring of underage patrons. Having great IT infrastructure in place allowed us to display a photo presentation on loop and we were able to play our personal playlists through the venue’s sound system. Had a fantastic night and all we had to do was get home safely. Could not fault it and would encourage anyone looking to hold a stress-free function to consider Distill.
