S Swincer: Everything was so well thought out, Jacky knew how to get the children engaged and by the end of the party they were all up and dancing. Play list, party games, lunch, lolly bags all included just needed to bring a cake. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book again for future parties. Only your group unlike bigger venues. Thank you for making my Sons 5th Sonic birthday so memorable!

It was the first time I haven’t hosted and what a difference being stress free made!Absolutely everything was taken cared of!I loved how Jacky initiated photos.I am happy with the cost and value too. If I were to do it myself, it would definitely cost a lot more!I’m not too easily impressed… and I am more than happy with everything!
Jessica Dubois: From the very beginning of making an enquiry all the way to the end of our party, I can not recommend The Enchanted Palace enough! Jacky was absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond. From the set up and cleanliness of her venue to how beautifully she interacted with all the kids and most of all everything she did for us including making sure we had a family photo taken before it began. It was the easiest most beautiful party we could’ve asked for, for our child.

The staff were lovely, great with the kids, and the boss, Aspa, was super accommodating regarding food and drinks. Nicki Trembath: We had a last minute booking. James came as Steve from minecraft for a group of 9 and 10 year olds. He was absolutely amazing with the kids, he had their attention from the minute he walked in the door until he left. Came with prizes for the kids, music, games and did some pretty cool balloon twisting. His communication before the party with how he intended his time with them to go really helped. Also his on the spot thinking when things were not going to plan was quick & had them re-engaging within minute's. Highly recommended him 👌

Carolyn Carolyn: Taking three young boys that can be a handful I knew the experience would be a lot. The patience and tolerance of Luna on the wall climb, was second to none. I live south of the city and I travelled to greenacres for the climbing walls and sky walk.My coffee was good. The staff were faultless.Luna made my customer experience 10/10 I will be back.

Shane Benck: Worked out around $78.94 for 3 hours of 3 of us. Lunch was $52.32 for a mini cheese burger, crispy bacon burger, chicken schnitzel burger, one slushie & one coffee. We liked the place, we through the food was OK the staff was good. We have been to Bounce in Marlseton a couple of times now, this was our first Greenacres vist & feel Bounce Greenacres is more suited for the bigger kids & Marlseton is more suited to the little kids & has a better kids playground. We was told that's been updated soon so my comment may not be relevant in 6 months or so. I think the Rock Climbing sy Greenacres is a nice touch & worth the couple bucks extra an hour cost over Marlseton. We will be back wen next in South Australia.

The hosts were fantastic with all the children, kept most of their attentions, they listened, they didn't get annoyed when the kids weren't doing as they were told, they paid attention to each and every child. The venue was clean, the food was yummy and the parents felt relaxed knowing the kids were in good hands. I've had so many compliments on the party and I'm so thankful for the amazing staff who helped it be the best day for our little girl!

Greg Bowering: My daughters love fairy ballet! They have 2 real fairy instructors each lesson and they are all great with children. The studio is closed with cctv for parents to watch so children don't suffer from any stage fright.

Melissa Nguyen: Very fun place to go to for children, the staff are kind, the food and drinks are fit for both children and adults.The playground itself is very friendly for kids, fun and interesting equipment, colourful and fun for children.

Julie Hocking: My husband and I have taken our Grandchildren each week over the last month here and have been very impressed with the change we saw Guessing it has changed hands since we last visited as the centre was so much cleaner, the ball cannons were working, lots of maintenance done, Loved seeing the attention to wiping down with sanitiser on coin operated rides, tables etc frequent sweeping under tables, very clean toilets and baby change rooms Food & drinks nicely served, friendly staff, food always lovely especially the hot chips and best coffee! A great place to visit to wear the kids out - so much fun for kids & adults
