One-Systems also helped me with some other minor problems, which was just lovely and so rare these days to recieve some extra special service and attention. Cannot recommend high enough, will be back for any future technical support.

After going to Telstra thinking we needed the actual phones fixed, the staff there said they both needed a good clean but didn’t know a place nearby who could help. I walked past One-Systems and asked if they were able to help, a lovely staff member had a look at both phones and cleaned them out well while I was there then we tested the phones and they work great again! I can’t thank the staff more for being so friendly and accommodating! Thank you, we appreciate your help and service!

the pod: Dropped off our mac pc to Tech Savvy because it would not boot up.. Communication with the Tech savvy team was quick and explanations were in human terms. Was using an extender and having drop outs and constant issues which was very disruptive as I'm studying and my eldest only gets xbox time once a week so he is livid if connection isn't working on his xbox night. I'm not sure of the name of the device we are now using instead of the extender but it works and no further issue. John came out on time is professional and I get trustable vibes when I find alot of people sketchy so a definite thumbs up from me 👍👍
