m. macdog: Went in today to renew my license. Very busy but had a really positive experience. I was greeted by staff who directed me to the photo area and then to computers for payment . Process changed some since last renewal i.e. customer has to process the payment but it was easy . For those who are not computer literate staff were only to happy to assist . Whole process took ten mins ! Staff demonstrated that they were knowledgeable and flexible, working multiple areas. Well done and thankyou to staff . Great service

Alan Wong: Driver license renewal after a long period of lapse. Belinda from Service SA had been extremely helpful to sort out ways to validate our absence while working overseas. We would've given up trying and prepared to start our learners had it not been her great advice. The team was all trying to help us but Belinda went above and beyond. Very grateful to have our drivers license so we can quickly settle back.

I met Sandy, the power behind Total Support Services. Things seemed different. I did not feel inferior as she spoke of the services offered. I made a decision and have been with Total Support Services ever since.Sure there are hiccups - the rosters get kinda muddled - phone calls get lost in the rush of the dayBUTI know they are there when I end up in hospital and l need someone to do an ‘undy’ and pen and paper run in place - And I know now if I try to do something and end up dropping, spilling, or knocking things the staff are trained to assist me in what I can do and to assist without judgement and that helps me step beyond that label in my own mind.For me I see Total Support Services as an agency that offers Support Workers who are trained to assist - to care about us instead of just doing for us. The power comes in seeing my abilities and assisting me in maintaining as much of me that I can.So for my Christmas closing, Thankyou to all of TSS staff for assisting me in my journey through the jungle of self doubt while helping me find the me that I am and have the potential to be, not the me I was or think I should be.Me me find who I am now not then.

Was sent a video of what they found would need to get fixed, followed up by a phone call to walk me through what needed to be done. Great price and they were done when they said they would be. AM merch in the car, it smelled great, and they didn't move my seat! Highly recommended these guys.
