Christine Clark: What a beautiful home and seaside environment. We stayed here for the second year in a row. The house was spotless and the facilities are everything you could want. We thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach and with all the conveniences of Semaphore Road. We were very well looked after by Australian Luxury Stays host. Thank you!

Everything was stunning and the property meet every expectation we had, we could not have wanted better. The hosts checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect which it was. Julie Rust: We recently stayed at the Kings Corner property in Unley Park, SA. The property is well appointed with a fantastic living and indoor/outdoor area. It was perfect for our extended family holiday. The location is excellent, with a beautiful park right opposite the house and within walking distance to shops and restaurants on King William Rd.

Kassi Sergiou: I have stayed in a number of their properties, they are fully functional with all the comforts and amenities of being in your own home and more. Excellent home away from home. If ever I’ve had any little queries the staff are friendly, easy to talk to, they listen and welcome and address any feedback I have given. I’ve found at all the places I’ve stayed, clean fresh linen and fresh clean homes. Of all the properties you can find different recourses depending on your reason for staying. Eg : Many of the places I have stayed have large board room style tables, they’ve all had bbq’s and fully functional self contained kitchens. The locations have been in the city and the close outskirts, houses by the beach and others near the foothills. Thank you Australian Luxury you have exceeded my expectations.

Bing Archibald: I was staying at this hotel for a conference at the exhibition center. Perfect location for any event at Adelaide Oval also. Gavin Day (GD): Had a major function here. Great location. They need to organise your bar staff and catering. The event ran out of coopers beer in 40 minutes. Then there was a shortage on other beers all night. Meals were excellent, though.A bit more training in table staff as they seemed to be disorganised. Alot of table service was missed.

Villa Lemoni is cosy and homely with touches of luxury like underfloor heating, a huge spa bath, the most comfortable king size bed and stunning views of the private gardens - particularly beautiful in autumn! The breakfast provisions are so generous you barely have the need to leave the house. We enjoyed multiple nights curled up in front of the fireplace and days enjoying the garden and peacefulness of the area. R: Can't recommend this place enough. We stayed at the Lemoni Villa and it was as beautiful as the photos. The property is very tranquil, the owners were lovely. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with every comfort you could desire. A two person spa with rain shower head above, a fireplace, nespresso machine, a fridge full of local goodies all surrounded by a beautiful garden and a little lemon farm.
Chelsea Malcolm: My husband and I stayed at The Nest for 2 nights after our wedding last week and we absolutely LOVED it! We arrived very late after our wedding and Steve and Mandy had the heater going and the heated bathroom tiles on for our arrival, which was a lovely touch. They have thought of every single detail here, and we didn’t have to leave for anything. It was the perfect space to relax in. The views of the hills are incredible and there is so much space to relax outside. The breakfast provisions were extremely generous, we couldn’t finish it all over the 2 days!! We wish we got to spend more time there! We will absolutely be back. Thank you so much Steve and Mandy for going above and beyond and making our stay so special 😍
