Monica Cohen: We cannot rate Danny and his team highly enough. Our time line was extremely tight and somehow Danny managed to get our demolition completed with time to spare, saving us from considerable price rises from our builder. Communication with Danny was easy and he always took time out to explain the process and address any concerns we had. Danny and his team are considerate of neighbours and traffic, they took extra effort to keep the site neat and tidy and ensured our neighbours had minimal disruption. We were very nervous going into demolition but Danny and his crew made the whole process seamless and stress free. Magill Demolition also provide the extra service of organising the abolishment of services, we were so relieved not to have to deal with that, just one less thing for us to think about. Mel Dix: Magill Demolition have been working opposite my home this week to remove 2 houses. The team have been extremely considerate with truck parking, noise and dust control. This is in stark contrast to another company who removed a home 2 doors away that was like an earthquake with pictures shaking on walls. Kingsley Harvey: Having heard of many problems with different builders so I choose KH because I didn't want that stress and am glad I did they were all very good and what I think qualifies this is even the builders coming to do the work said they them selves prefer working for KH.
Sean Matthewson: Overall the build process with Kookaburra went fairly smoothly. As it was we built at one of the most challenging times with material and tradesman shortages so the forecasted time frame blew out. The planning stage was well handled with Dylan and Jake and we were able to design the house we wanted, however we struck some holdups with council which further delayed construction. During the build as mentioned above there were times the house was delayed, however our site manager kept us informed as to progress when he was able. The wait was worth it in the end as the quality of our home is great, there’s nothing we are unhappy with as a finished product. We would recommend Kookaburra to anyone.

Communication was always responded to, Paul offered good advice for any hurdle along the way and all costs were clearly explained and detailed. Anne Patterson: From start to finish APR were in close contact with us during our renovation. Commenced work in August 2023 we were advised that the renovation would be completed before Christmas. Honestly we had no confidence in this based on the delays in the building industry. True to Paul’s word our renovation was completed in early December.Requiring new kitchen/dining/living space, laundry, bathroom and decking alteration. We appreciated his tradespeople who were personable, with tall Steve a favourite with our kids.Every aspect of our planned renovations was discussed, and Paul & Jodie assisted in our decision-making with professionalism and where to source further ideas. We were fully involved and updated at every step of the way, and they patiently and clearly answered our questions or explained various unexpected scenarios in a previously renovated home.
