Mia Crescitelli: I had been referred else where initially, however time poor I needed an on day appointment and found Adelaide MRI East on my fourth call around from google listings. They genuinely bulk bill, no hidden fees. The phone service was efficient and friendly, I was seen too timely, and the medical staff are beyond AMAZING. I was sent my report in time to give to my physio and able to go back for additional treatment on the same referral. It was easy, no back and fourth, no mucking around - cannot recommend enough.

Michael Page: I've had guided steroid injections here into my spinal area that completely cured the inflammation pain in my lower back for several months, allowing me to get back to my life. Nothing else has ever allowed me to recover and exercise again. And they didn't charge me a cent, all bulk billed. That was several years ago though.
Paul Horgan: The experience at MRI East is first class. I've had to have several ultrasound and cortisone injections over the last few months. Each time I have been treated with the utmost respect professionalism and care. Aaron: before finding Adelaide MRI and booking in my follow-up appointments there. Arrived at 3:55pm for a 4:00pm appointment, and was finished and back in my car by 4:20pm... and the technician performing my ultrasound explained things in much more detail than the other place. Best of all, this was bulk-billed, so my out of pocket expenses were zilch. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even when the place was quite busy.
Margaret Harris: Went today for a brain scan at 9am 1/7/24 Ari was a bit nervous thenStacey came and explained what was happening and listened to our concerns. I was allowed in with him he was offered ear buds and head phones and a mask and most important a blanket for comfort and warmth. Stacey you were so kind and caring we cannot thank you enough we will never forget you.
Camila Rincon: Called to make a booking for a MRI, was given an appointment immediately. Arrived to the premises and receptionist served me really quick and with a friendly manner. Radiographer callMe out quickly and explain all the process in such a friendly manner. Really happy with the experience.Maybe just let the customer know that payment for parking is needed and the length of the procedure so parking can be paid accordingly l. As I finish 20 min later of my one hour parking, and kind of rush to my car to avoid fees, but rather than that everything was great.

Ade McKinlay: adelaide mri are fantastic.i have had multiple cortisone injections over the years to deal with arthritic conditions as recently as yesterday in my cervical spine.they fixed an issue again which gave me instant relief after 3 weeks of intense pain.i can not rate them highly enough.the staff are well trained and accommodating and the doctor was switched on. 5 stars x 1000

Sevi Contouris: I was booked here for a MRI and Bone scan. All we’re done with care and consideration for my well-being with all technicians. The reception staff were beyond kind to help remedy a situation that arose. They dealt with it in such a way that made me feel heard and looked after with compassion and understanding.

Sarah: I had a procedure at Jones at the Calvary this morning which I was a bit nervous about before I went in. All the staff were absolutely lovely and made the whole experience actually quite wonderful. There was an absolutely amazing nurse in particular who was so warm and kind who comforted me and talked to me during the procedure and before I knew it, it was all over and didn't feel a thing!
Rob Jones: I went there 14 Feb 23, had 2 corticosteroid injection, using ultra sound for guidance. Making an appointment easy, sms confirmation appreciated, parking at Wilson directly across the road, staff at reception Awesome, waiting room comfortable and blue, the first staff member that collected me from the waiting area fantastic, super relatable asked lots of questions, the Dr that did the injections was great and also an MTB cyclist. Great experience today. It’s been just over 4 hours and things have begun to settle. Thank you Jones Radiology. P.S no relation.
Fariborz Arya Kia: I attended Jones radiology at Calvary hospital yesterday for a guided injection. First thing I noticed was how clean and organized everything was. It can compete with a 5star hotel. The procedure was well explained to me in advance making it easy to bear. The nurse accompanied me throughout the process. They give you the option of gap pay only and provide you with a paid envelope to send them the Medicare cheque by post. I highly recommend them 👍

Joe Tripodi: I had an MRI here for an ankle injury. It was a very smooth process and the staff were friendly and well organised. I did not have to wait too long and the report was sent to my doctor on time.
Gaynor F: I had complex procedure as part of an ED visit and cannot speak highly enough of the staff in the imaging area. The person who took my ultra sounds and then the doctor who attended to me in conjunction with these images were amazing. Personable, good communication and caring. While waiting to go back to the ED there were many inpatients waiting for their appointments and all were treated with the utmost care and consideration. Keep up the great work.

At all times I have only experienced professionalism from the front desk and when having Xrays, ultrasound and cortisone injections. Have arrived early and sometimes have also started my appointment early. They do bulk bill at this branch as well and who doesn't appreciate that!
