Ieda S: The hotel was cozy and comfortable, and our room was impeccably cleaned every day by the staff. Its prime location was one of its best features, situated conveniently near a lovely park and within easy walking distance to the city. Additionally, the hotel boasted a variety of exceptional dining options on the premises, as well as several outstanding restaurants along Melbourne Street that were exclusively open for dinner.
Michelle Smith: Visiting from NSW, visiting family. Staff on reception are super friendly and helpful. Our room is very roomy. King bed, lounge, dining table, balcony, overlooking main road, microwave, jug, toaster. Large bathroom with a fantastic deep bath and double sinks.Rooms: Our room is quite large with lots of roomNearby activities: Plenty of cafes and restaurants all on the same road within walking distanceSafety: Hotel is safe, gated car park. The dining room looked beautiful, adding to the ambiance. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Ayers House.

David Eccles: Pros: Nice looking and well placed venue. Food was good and staff were friendly for our seminar. After being asked they remembered to put out soy milk reliably. Water at the tables was refilled in between every break at the seminar.Cons: I found the lights were too 'warm' for a conference, which was occasionally hard on the eyes, but may be better for a wedding. The projector was a touch subpar and definitely lost critical detail on a few slides with diagrams. The food was generally reasonable but they missed my vegan dietary preference and had no options on one of the later days.EDIT on 6/6/24 - no worries, I understand there are multiple sides chains in a link. I response to the explanatory n prompt response from the owner I have popped the rating up from 3 to 4 stars. have a good day.
