Mia Maglieri: I've seen numerous physiotherapists over time for my sore knees, but none have compared to Annie who is a Myotherapist at SA Wellness Centre. A friend recommended her, and after just two appointments, my knees are feeling so much better. Annie takes a holistic, all-over-body approach and listens attentively, ensuring she takes care with every aspect of her work. My experience with cupping today was fantastic. Highly recommend Annie for anyone seeking effective and considerate care!

My body pain almost immiedetly significantly reduced as I started the treatment and the exercises and stretches really helped with my mobilisation.

After having kids and learning the hard way what constantly picking up 2 boys can do to a back, Jake has been an absolute lifesaver - great bloke, incredibly knowledgeable and has family friendly hours of operation.

Elyse Ellgar: I recommend their new chiropractor, Jonathan, to everyone I know! I've had chronic back pain for years and I've had no success with physio or exercise physiology. I was nervous to try chiro, but Jonathan has a calming, gentle way about him. Especially with the neck cracking, which is not jarring as I expected.He does a thorough analysis and provides a full report of the diagnosis, including home exercises. It helped me understand the movements I should avoid.My spine feels way more flexible, I can now crack my own back when stretching. I keep going back for the neck cracking.

Chante Joubert: I saw Laura constantly throughout my pregnancy and she was a god send in helping my body prepare for birth! Laura has then seen my baby since he was 2 weeks old. He used to be quite a gassy baby and uncomfortable but within a few weeks of getting consistent adjustments, he was a different baby! You could literally see the relief on his face during the adjustments. Laura was also the only professional who picked up on my son’s tongue and lip ties and immediately gave me a referral. If we didn’t sort this out when we did, I probably would have given up breastfeeding a long time ago! Fast forward 8 months, my son is the happiest baby who is meeting all of his milestones and only requires an adjustment once a month. Laura and the team have always been so welcoming and informative and they have made my transition into motherhood so much easier! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Amya Malec: Cannot recommend Nik highly enough! We were referred to Nik by our private midwife, two lactation consultants and a dentist for our then three week old who had lip and tongue ties. Nik helped loosen up our baby’s neck and mouth to improve her latch and help us continue our breastfeeding journey. Initially, I was apprehensive about taking my 3 week old baby to a chiropractor but Nik was quick to assure me he wasn’t going to crack her neck and back and showed me the gentle techniques he uses. 4 months on, myself and our 6 year old daughter are now seeing Nik too! My 6 year old has dreamt of doing gymnastics for years, however due to her low muscle tone and hypermobility, we weren’t sure she could safely do it. After a few short months of adjustments with Nik, her balance and coordination have improved far more than I ever could’ve imagined it would and we are now confident that she can begin taking gymnastics classes without putting too much strain on her little body. Woolcock Group: I've been seeing chiropractor Joshua Hallett for a few years and getting adjustments every 8 weeks. When I started experiencing chronic back pain that I couldn't find a solution for Josh really stepped up. I was in a bad place mentally so he made himself accessible to me whenever I needed to contact him and organised a treatment plan and an x-ray and MRI. With his additional experience in acupuncture and pain knowledge also he was able to find the cause and help me to work through it. I no longer have chronic back pain and have a normal life again which I am so grateful for. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
