I went there "just for a look" for hedging plants and ended up making a choice buying the perfect healthy plants. Thank you to Bryan and his team!

Shelby Bassett: Great place. Healthy plants and lots to see.
Graham Fowler: It's a gardening store with the usual but it has a nice maze of paths amongst a sea of palms and lush understory. Secretly placed are a score of animal models, some life-size. A check list and pencils are available to take young teens a children and search for the hidden animals. If you find the all you can hand your sheet in for a free sticker. I enjoyed it.

Although communication was a little bit slow in the beginning, once I connected with Nicole, after finding out the reason for the initial communication was slow, they were re potting, everything took off super fast. I spoke to Nicole on Thursday 4th August 2022, went and saw her at the nursery on Friday the 5th and had 66 trees and plant's delivered on Saturday the 6th August 2022.Plants are super healthy, I selected 22 Silver Birch trees to be planted along my entire fence line, they are 2.3 meters tall and were the best price of anywhere I tried to buy from. Can wait for my landscaper to plant out this week, every plant I selected is of a mature size and will give me maximum impact at the best possible price.Thanks Nicole for your brilliant service, it was a pleasure to deal with Adelaide Wholesale Plants, I would recommend them to everyone in need of Plants. Anne Sclater: I’ve just experienced my all time favourite high tea at Karkoo Nursery. It happened to be Mothers Day , I’m so pleased to be part of such a decadent experience. I travel frequently and have experienced many fancy high teas however Karkoo Nursery topped every one of them including the Ritz Hotel!From the moment we sat down we were greeted by an ambiance of sophistication and charm. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the delicate porcelain teacups to the beautifully arranged tiered trays of savory delights including seafood petit four and freshly baked scones, and decadent desserts. Each bite was a beautiful burst of flavor, carefully crafted to look like a work of art . The selection of teas was also extensive. offering a variety of blends to suit every palette. I especially enjoyed the French Earl Grey.Considering how busy it was the staff were very attentive , ensuring that our afternoon was nothing short of perfection.Jane, Peter, Imogen ,lIsobel and all staff have worked tirelessly over the last two weeks to put this together .They’ve certainly excelled themselves.I’m longing to return and still dreaming about my Mother’s Day high tea!We’ll be back soon . Jules Odgers: A wonderful nursery and set up overall with everything it has to offer. Gorgeous clothing and accessories. Funky homewares and interesting decor too. I love the wildflower arrangements and the café gets very busy + it was frenetic on this particular day. They forgot my chicken on my dish which was irritating as it was an extra $8. Such a beautiful drive through the Adelaide hills as well.
Mark Carpinelli: Had a great experience with Jane and Peter who supplied liriope and after 6 months I was concerned they were spreading and may have been the wrong variety. They both came to my property and investigated, checked with supplier and even offered to change the 50 I had planted. With confidence I left them in. Good businessowners to deal with.

MICHELLE BURTON: Best Smashed Avocado breakfast I've ever had, so many great flavours! Took my mum who had visited from interstate and it did not disappoint. Staff were friendly and it was lovely to walk around the grounds before sitting down to a fresh and filling meal.

Rick Star: This place is unique for a couple of reasons:1. They're a wholesaler who sell to the public. Very rare.2. They sell high quality, low care plants that are nearly impossible to kill by accident.They sell plants that are native to the Adelaide region so they're adapted and know how to survive with very little care.Pete, the owner, is a very friendly owner who has an incredible high knowledge of the native, pre-European settlement, land. You just need to bring it up in conversation as he's not a walking around showing off any hubris. In fact, he's the opposite. He understands that most customers aren't that knowledgeable so he'll help you without any hint on condescension or talking down to.Highly recommend.
