It took me 4 business days plus Saturday morning with me hounding this poor man, to get my phone screen repaired because I was leaving on Wednesday for a major event and I needed my phone in good working order. He got it done in time but it was almost at the 11th hour and I was very stressed about it. He had done all he could but Australia Post deserves a brick bat because of the difficulty of getting complaints seen to by someone who can sort things quickly when they are urgent. Australia Post should say 'We deliver...eventually'.
