Steven Mather: It's obvious that Ken Hall takes great care to recruit staff, both tradies and admin, who have a strong customer service focus. They are always polite, professional and usually punctual. They are skilled and competent, and can be trusted to complete the job to a high standard.On this occassion, there was a bit of a glitch, due to recent changes in the booking and payment process, which was a bit annoying. It would have been helpful for me to have known about these changes up front. Perhaps an email to regular customers detailing the changes would have been a good idea.That said however, I cannot fault the technician, who immediately took my concern on board and responded by going the extra mile to accomodate me.I will continue to use Ken Hall's services, because I trust them to simply get the job done properly - the first time!

I took the old seal with me to ensure I could get a match and I was met by Jack, who looked at the old seal, went out to the warehouse and returned with exactly what I needed. All within a couple of minutes of walking in the door. Awesome! Not only was the service fantastic but the price was great too. Great work, Jack!
