Paola Orsi: and they all cheered up, with fist bump and happy smiles, it is so nice to witness!I always look forward to my lesson, I love Kali in particular, and each class is engaging, fun. I definitely recommend the place! 💪✨️💯
Sharmina Ahmed: My son is taking lessons for the last three years. It's not just about learning Martial Arts but also about building confidence, making friends, learning disciplines and learning to respect others. I can clearly see these qualities building up in my son.
Nunook: Sensei Cass, Daniel , Kelly and Kancho have guided my boys so beautifully over the last four years ! It is exceptionally well organised and they are deeply passionate about what they do! They have even helped accomodate my son with his special health needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️❤️
Margot: but there is something for everyone. I would have never predicted how much we have gained from joining CMAA and it has certainly become an important and valued part of our lives.Update 2024 - we are still training with CMAA nearly 10 years on! The instructors are still great, strong friendships made and plenty more martial arts to keep learning!
Michaela NASH: My family has been a part of CMAA for over 10 years and it is like a family to us. My children started when they were 3.5 and 6yo and as I was at the club for their training, decided to join myself and haven't looked back. The professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm from all instructors is second to none. They teach technical skills in an easy to understand way, whilst challenging students to ensure the self defence skills learnt are able to be used in a "real life" environment if required. Their focus is always on building and developing skills and abilities to act spontaneously opposed to solely on belt progression - that is something that comes naturally with consistent training.CMAA is a family club that genuinely cares for its members. Highly recommend CMAA for adults and children!
Antony Elwell: My kids and I have been attending Kempo classes here since last year, and we absolutely love it! The staff and community are super friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for students of all ages and skill levels. The instructors are highly experienced and passionate about teaching. 5 stars!
Joshua Earl: As an ex martial arts instructor myself I knew what I was looking for in a martial arts school for my daughter. We visited a number of dojos before finding Crocodile. After watching a lesson we knew this was the right place. Excellent instructors that mix fun with strong skills and understanding works really well for my daughter. Great curriculum design keeps it interesting. Outstanding facilities flexible timetable and options to branch out into other styles. Love the cafe and martial arts shop on site. Personalised written feedback on my daughter's progress exceeds my expectations. Well done Crocodile!
Andrew Holliday: My daughter has loved her time at crocodile martial arts and she is now going for her junior black belt. The Dojo is always clean and the facilities that the students have to use are always the best of the best. The staff are always welcoming and make it a great atmosphere for learning the moves of martial arts.I would recommend crocodile martial arts to anybody that wants to learn martial arts.
Erica Giouleas: Highly recommend. Great training school! Both my boys attend Crocodile Martial Arts and we are more than happy. The memberships are good value and flexible, with classes running 5 days a week. You don’t need to commit or book in to classes, which makes it easy and convenient for busy families. There are 2 beautiful dojos which are clean, spacious and use quality equipment. The halls are decked with memorabilia, which demonstrate the years of hard work, level of commitment, skill, experience and knowledge that goes in to making this academy so great! The trainers are kind, experienced with children and fair. The staff are funny, friendly and accommodating. The trainer to student ratio is excellent. Students receive regular progress recognition, which keeps them motivated and enthusiastic. My boys have come so far in just a year and I couldn’t be prouder! We love supporting small family businesses and feel privileged to be part of the crocodile community. 🐊 🥋
George Adams: A wonderful martial arts centre with exceptional training with great staff and coaches. The Chief Instructor is a highly ranked in a number of martial arts and has a great number of staff who assist him. A great gym for adults and the kids too.
K Lai: Very friendly martial arts school - my son has been going for over 5 years and it’s been one of the best things we’ve enrolled him into for fitness, resilience, focus and confidence. It feels like a second family and it’s always a very supportive environment with professional instructors who are fantastic with kids and adults alike. Highly recommend!
Jason Loizou: The past 3 years my kids and I have been training at CMAA. The team at CMAA have been fantastic with friendly helpful instructors that are more than patient to help you no matter your level. As a father of two girls it is important that my girls learn a strong martial arts that gives a parent the confidence they will be able to defend themselves.
Paul Frigo: An outstanding, supportive, family-run martial arts academy that values its students. In the short time my daughter has been attending classes, we have seen a noticeable improvement in her attitude and self-discipline. As I sat and observed the classes, I was impressed by the instructors' meticulous attention to detail and their consistent encouragement, which they provide to all students. The academy offers a wide variety of class times, and the presence of two training dojos ensures that there is always a convenient training option available. I highly recommend this academy to any family looking to enrol their children or adults who want to try it.
Gareth Davies: My daughter Edith has been going part of the Little Crocs programme since she was 3 and a half. She loves it. The staff and teachers are so patient and work so well with young children. I can't recommend Crocodile Martial Arts Australia enough. And as soon as my youngest daughter is old enough she will be hitting the mats too.
Ramona Palfy: My 11yr old daughter and I both love training at CMAA! The Team truly nurtures each individual’s learning journey and seeks to bring out the best in everyone. As a family business their life long dedication to martial arts, in all its dimensions, means we students feel supported and in good hands. We learn something new every time we step through the dojo door. Thanks Team 🙌 🙏 😊
chris katsoulis: Great place and great people,my son loves going for his lessons,
Rawan Hasbini: The best decision I made for my kids well-being is joining Crocodile martial arts. The instructors are so experienced and yet funny and friendly. Kids love them so much. The centre is so clean with lots of seats to sit and watch the session. Thr canteen comes in handy after a long day.U have a wide range of classes and u get to train multiple times a week. Prices are affordable compared to any other activity. Love to be part of CMAA family and love the big smiles and rhe warm welcome me and my kids get as soon as we step in.
Julie McIntyre: Kancho, the welcoming and always lovely Kelly, the incredible Sensei’s Cassidy, Daniel, Jesse and Giacinta, and all staff, have the perfect teaching balance for not only kids, but for the teens and adults including a safe and guided environment, respect, support, techniques, fun, games
Sona Sood: I have trained with CMAA for over 3 years along with my kids. We love the training environment. The trainers are absolutely wonderful. Along with being skilled they are very caring and compassionate. They encourage everyone - regardless of age and skill level. It has been a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn Martial arts.
Ned2Bad: Great Dojo for the little one. All the stuff are super friendly and the make the classes entertaining but also well structured and organised.

Paul Coldrey: . There is a great community feel to the trainings and I would definitely recommend First Taekwondo to anyone considering taking up a Martial Art.
bruce hemsley: I've been with master low since I was 8 to tell the truth I was hopeless at it mister low showed me nearly infinite patience and was a brilliant teacher. when an accident damaged my hip the doctors told me I could never kick above knee height again I felt I lost not just TKD but part of the family.I went on with the interest in combat sports and the passion to do it well. I took up fencing eventually becoming an instructor, mostly because of the enormous debit I owe in patience and understanding and Mr low tough me how to teach.now I'm nearly 50 I have rejoined TKD and am considering my attempt at black belt, they have been very understanding about the long list of injury's and problems , you don't need to be superhuman to succeed, all you need to do is turn up ,listen and put the effort in and they well get you there. The instructors are well trained and teach in a good family atmosphere in an industry full of mail order black belts and armchair masters the grading's belts mean an achievement worth working for.
First Tae Kwon Do Perth Western Australia: With over 50 years teaching Taekwondo Master Instructor Vernon Low's passion and innovation is 2nd to none. It is such an honour to train under Master Low.
Rachel Massey: I have been a member of First Taekwondo for a number of years, training mainly at the Adelaide gym but also at several other suburban gyms. All instructors are knowledgeable and accomplished in the art of Taekwondo, and are professional, approachable and committed to ensuring every student reaches their potential. The organisation’s focus on the traditional aspects of the art enables students to learn self-defence techniques which have been tried and tested over generations, and encourages continual self-development and improvement.Members of all ages and abilities are welcomed and this creates an inclusive atmosphere. I highly recommend First Taekwondo to anyone looking to begin training in a martial art.
Steve L’Estrange: I have being doing Taekwondo for over 30 years and during this time I have been extremely fortunate to be be part of the First Taekwondo family. At First Taekwondo you are guaranteed to be instructed by the best. Highly experienced instructors who are focused on ensuring you get the most out of yourself.Gaining strong technical knowledge of the art, self discipline and self respect are just a few of the foundation building blocks of First Taekwondo.Training at First Taekwondo is a life experience I never take for granted and will never forget. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to train at such a welcoming and professional club. I highly recommend First Taekwondo to all.
Upfront Bikes O'Halloran Hill: Great school, friendly and welcoming atmosphere to train and learn. My 7 year old is loving it and can’t wait to get to training. Highly recommended 👍
Ann Hart: I started training at First Taekwondo Elizabeth nearly 6 years ago, after a hiatus from training of about 16 years. The instructors were and still are extremely welcoming, passionate and highly proficient in teaching the art and passing on their knowledge. Even though I have a few disabilities, they encouraged and helped me to adapt my skills so that I would be successful in eventually gaining my black belt. The adventure doesn’t stop there, and now with my own experiences during my journey, I am passing on this same knowledge and enjoyment to our newest white belt members. I highly recommend First Taekwondo as a martial art that is totally inclusive and everyone is able to participate within their own abilities.
Arien Van Stralen: Suitable for families and beginners. Many locations all over town.
Peter: who was always shy and reserved has developed so much confidence with the disciplined, supportive instructors and friendly atmosphere it's great. Even my 10 year old is going great, he loves training.I had had many years of previous experience in other martial arts and even many years with other taekwondo clubs so I was aware being respectful and aware of the differences is important and learning the differences is what has been so much fun for me.So regardless of wether you're looking for something fun, traditional, new or just to get fit, if you're starting for the first time or starting again, I highly recommend First Taekwondo for anyone from kids and adult newbies to experienced martial exponents.
Liz Russo: First Taekwondo has been a part of my life for approx 19 years. .it has given me a great deal of confidence, has developed my co-ordination and has given me a great amount of self-discipline and has always had a family friendly welcoming environment. I recommend to all walks of life,as I believe everyone is capable of being their best at this art, I especially recommend it, as all members of the family can join together and train together. Fees are very reasonable and once your monthly fee is paid you can train as often as you like within the month, with centres located throughout Adelaide.
wizzbang01: and I knew that this was exactly what I was looking for. It was traditional, achievable, disciplined and everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I joined up straight away and have never looked back.It has become a part of my life that I am incredibly proud of. It has given me confidence in many aspects of my life.I'm proud to be a part of a true traditional and disciplined Art. Although we always have a fun time, students learn to be respectful of those senior to them and each other. Nothing worth accomplishing is easy; although progressing through the belts is achievable, you have to concentrate and put in effort every lesson. As a female living in a less than desirably safe world, my reason for joining was to learn to defend myself - yet my fitness, strength, balance and flexibility improved so much, without those things being the focus of my training. This is something I hope to be able to do for the rest of my life.

Manuri Jayawardhana: EMF Magill is truly the best place to train at - the coaches are all wonderful, super supportive and enthusiastic and the community there is lovely! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to start taking their health and fitness goals seriously :D
Sharine Madoo: EFM Magill is fitness with a while lot of fun. It’s not about what you wear or how you look, it’s all about staying healthy. Head coach Wade and his dedicated team are very supportive, and the group workouts are great. There is also yoga, pilates, a massage therapist, and even an exercise physiologist! Not to mention that Wade always actively upgrading the gear. The gym is nicely located on Magill road with lots of free parking, plus it’s a good looking gym with lots of light and fresh air following through. The gym members are super friendly and they come in all ages, shapes and sizes….and yes, we all wear the comfiest! It’s a great place to get fit, make friends, have fun, and to cheer up.If you are in the area check, it out and give it a go 💫
Ashna Moule: I recently had the opportunity to attend EFM Magill as a trainee for my fitness course. At first I was nervous and unsure what to expect, but Wade and the team were incredibly supportive, professional and knowledgeable which boosted my confidence. Their genuine passion for fitness and dedication to help others achieve their goals was most inspiring and I would highly recommend EFM Magill to anyone.
Prudhvi Pramod: made a lasting impact with his knowledge and his ability to communicate at the right level to cater to my needs almost instantly. It's been over 6 months since I started and I absolutely love showing up every day. The group sessions are distinct, I never repeated the same program twice so far - there's always a twist or something new, and the sense of community developed is strong, it effortlessly adds to your continuity.Wade's support in my journey to all round fitness helped me comfortably finish last month's True Grit
Sarah Shaw: many gyms in the past and after a few months, I always lose motivation and interest. I joined EFM Magill just over six months ago and I'm still so motivated to visit each week. Wade is a great trainer who is highly knowledgeable and plans challenging and engaging sessions each day. I'm always keen to head into the gym to see what workout is set for the day!
Andrea Conway: Always a great place to exercise
Debbie Timpano: Highly recommend EFM Magill. Great supportive environment with no judgement. Wade and the coaching staff very supportive and encouraging with that little push to keep you moving. I’m feeling stronger already. Looking forward to meeting my first goal!!

Wade is a great trainer who is very accommodating and supportive. I have only just begun but it’s helping me feel better, enjoy exercise and I feel like it pushes me to work hard.
Dilumi Dahanayake: I hated gyms. I joined the club almost one and a half years ago because I wanted to loose some weight. After joining, and without realising, I was hooked and was a regular member of the 6AM crew. The level of patience and knowledge of Wade, the head coach, as well as the other coaches, are immense and top-standard. They channel their high-standard of knowledge to curate daily workouts that are balanced, results-invoking and fun.Additionally, the environment created in this gym is outstanding, which has fostered a sense of community within.Beyond the traditional gym activities, Yoga & Pilates are also on offer.I recommend this gym to all of my friends. EFM Magill is the gym to be at.
