Melissa Harper: We’ve been so happy with Beau’s, firstly months ago we needed to use their day care while we had trades at our house and our boy always came home happy and exhausted!! Secondly, after a few bad experiences with groomers we decided to try Beaus for our very anxious Groodle. We have been very happy with the way they groom her and the way they are so kind and caring and take their time to make sure she is ok. She’s terrified going in and happy and less anxious when we pick her up. We’re grateful for the staff at Beau’s for looking after our girl so well.

They cannot be more accommodating to our and our dogs needs!We love the regular photo's and updates that Beau's sent us. Even when our little girl was fretting and off her food they provide other dietary suggestions and food.

Andy Hendo: Should be 10 gold stars. Our cat spent 2 weeks at the hotel. The whole experience was excellent. George was happy and content when we collected him. We received daily progress reports which was very comforting. The cherry on top was we were 1 night overdue because we flew home on the day of "the blue screen of death" I.T. incident which delayed our flights. Beau's staff could not have been kinder or more understanding. George was kept in for an extra night which we were not charged for. How good is that?Well done team, you have our sincere thanks and gratitude. See you at Christmas for our next booking.
Bridy Bartsch: Fantastic facility and setup - we used for grooming for our 1 year old standard poodle and would definitely consider for any future boarding or daycare needs! Very professional, friendly and flexible. 10/10 would recommend
Jaqueline Gillen: Our little West highland terrier Bonnie can be quite timid and shakes when we go to our groomer and Vet but when she arrives at Beau’s pet hotel she walks in quite confidently and greats the nice staff who are very welcoming. This is really good for our peace of mind when we leave her - she appears happy to be there and everyone is friendly and makes a fuss of her which she clearly enjoys! Each dog gets individual care and time outside with other dogs or on their own if preferred. Bonnie prefers the company of other dogs through the fence apparently ! I can highly recommend Beaus for your and your pets holiday!!

Larissa Au: I’ve been using Beau’s Pet Hotel for just over three years now for my dogs. Biscuit and Toffee both absolutely adore the staff and I know they will be loved and cared for whenever I go on holiday. I get regular updates from Beau’s and they have so many wonderful extras for your pups you can add on to their stay. I have very social dogs, so I always add on the half day daycare option for them. Will always use Beau’s for when I’m travelling and need to board my dogs. All the staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. 10/10 would recommend.

He is very anxious and still managed to have such a successful time that when he came home, he settled straight away and it was evident to us that he had been so well cared for during his stay. Staff emailed and sent updates of how he was each day so that we could relax while being away knowing that he was being loved and supported. So wonderful thank you 🙏

4worldlovers: Cat-A-Tonic is fully booked for Christmas/New Year 2023/24 from the 22nd Dec – 2nd January. Our first new year vacancy is from the 3rd January.
The good news is that the building work next door has been completed and we will remain open apart from annual leave and preparation of the cattery for Christmas. We will be closed from Thursday afternoon 16th November re-opening Friday morning 15th December and from Friday afternoon 2nd February to re-open Tuesday morning 13th February to clean and re-sterilize after the busy period. These closure dates have traditionally been extremely quiet, so we hope are not too much of an inconvenience to anyone.
The cattery is located in the inner suburbs of Adelaide, in a residential setting with the owners living on site. It has air-conditioning and heating, individual pens and a large communal outside play area that is completely enclosed and secure.
There is plenty to stimulate cats, with toys, scratching poles, climbing steps, walkways, outside bedding and hammocks provided, all with protection from weather extremes.

Stephanie McRostie: I was appalled by the amount of kitty litter one cat was trying to go to the toilet in - it looked to be only about a cup full. My mind obviously took it in but it wasn't made apparent until around the corner I saw all of the trays set up ready for use and they all only had about a cup full of litter in each. Poor cats to be treated so poorly considering we all know that cats like to cover their business not to mention the fact that any pee would be in the bottom of the trays. I mentioned it to the employee that was showing me through and she said that they can't afford to fill up the trays because they go through too much litter. Hence I walked out of there knowing that my cat wasn't ever going there!!!!!!! The second business in the area seemed quite a good setup however they weren't doing tours due to COVID - I asked however if I could get some photos sent through to me and I was told that there was some on the internet. Well there was but I wanted more before I made a decision. Apparently it was too hard to take some photos for a concerned pet parent - so my view was that if a little task like that was too difficult for someone perhaps looking after my furbaby was as well. Thanks but no thanks to you also!!!! BUT THEN I toured Pampered Pet's Cat Boarding Cattery. The set up was immaculate, the owner Robyn was lovely and easy to deal with and only too happy to show me through the cattery. All of the pens are large and clean. I have since used Pampered Cat's twice

Robyn even had a heat pad for my very senior little girl ready n waiting for her arthrtitis every time we dropped her off.Now that we have retired in the riverland, we actually travel 2 hours the day before we go away just to put her with Robyn, as we know 100% that our fur babies are well looked after. It is spotless, each spacious 'unit' has a chair, hidey hole trunk and lots of toys. Also there is never any smell. Robyn, the surrogate mum!! 👍🙂

megan moskos: . GGBK stood out for a number of reasons. The kennels are large and spacious and have an indoor and outdoor area for the dogs to access. They are fantastically clean and well appointed. Communication was good. Our puppy must have had a ball because he did not worry to much about us when we picked it up, more interested in staying good by to the mates he meet. will 100% use services again.

Super Smashleee: I was really happy with the care of my 2 dogs here. I like that they can interact through the fences, but still have a quiet area if they want to rest. They didn't lose weight while they were there, but they have at other kennels either from under feeding or anxiety, so I know that my dogs enjoyed it here too. Kennels are clean and tidy. Owners are friendly and helpful too. I'll definitely use these guys again! Thanks 👍🏻
