Melissa Harper: We’ve been so happy with Beau’s, firstly months ago we needed to use their day care while we had trades at our house and our boy always came home happy and exhausted!! Secondly, after a few bad experiences with groomers we decided to try Beaus for our very anxious Groodle. We have been very happy with the way they groom her and the way they are so kind and caring and take their time to make sure she is ok. She’s terrified going in and happy and less anxious when we pick her up. We’re grateful for the staff at Beau’s for looking after our girl so well.

Andy Hendo: Should be 10 gold stars. Our cat spent 2 weeks at the hotel. The whole experience was excellent. George was happy and content when we collected him. We received daily progress reports which was very comforting. The cherry on top was we were 1 night overdue because we flew home on the day of "the blue screen of death" I.T. incident which delayed our flights. Beau's staff could not have been kinder or more understanding. George was kept in for an extra night which we were not charged for. How good is that?Well done team, you have our sincere thanks and gratitude. See you at Christmas for our next booking.

Jaqueline Gillen: Our little West highland terrier Bonnie can be quite timid and shakes when we go to our groomer and Vet but when she arrives at Beau’s pet hotel she walks in quite confidently and greats the nice staff who are very welcoming. This is really good for our peace of mind when we leave her - she appears happy to be there and everyone is friendly and makes a fuss of her which she clearly enjoys! Each dog gets individual care and time outside with other dogs or on their own if preferred. Bonnie prefers the company of other dogs through the fence apparently ! I can highly recommend Beaus for your and your pets holiday!!

Larissa Au: I’ve been using Beau’s Pet Hotel for just over three years now for my dogs. Biscuit and Toffee both absolutely adore the staff and I know they will be loved and cared for whenever I go on holiday. I get regular updates from Beau’s and they have so many wonderful extras for your pups you can add on to their stay. I have very social dogs, so I always add on the half day daycare option for them. Will always use Beau’s for when I’m travelling and need to board my dogs. All the staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. 10/10 would recommend.

He is very anxious and still managed to have such a successful time that when he came home, he settled straight away and it was evident to us that he had been so well cared for during his stay. Bayside Cats, also known as Cat Boarding Glenelg is a brand new, purpose built, cats only, hobby boarding facility in Glenelg. It is a family run hobby which prides itself on caring for all cats as if they were their own. Their aim is to make your feline friend feel at home and as comfortable and happy as possible.
The cat “cabins” were built with safety and comfort in mind. The cabins are both indoor and outdoor, completely sheltered from the elements and flying insects but also maintaining the necessary air ventilation to keep the guests happy and healthy. Each cabin is lockable and there is a security passage for safety while cleaning the cabins and allowing the cats additional play area.
Everything is provided such as bedding, toys, food and water but you are welcome to bring anything else to remind them of home.
The cat cabins are thoroughly cleaned once the day with additional cleanups throughout the day, litter trays are emptied and cleaned twice a day and cats fed morning and evening, or as requested.

megan moskos: . GGBK stood out for a number of reasons. The kennels are large and spacious and have an indoor and outdoor area for the dogs to access. They are fantastically clean and well appointed. Communication was good. Our puppy must have had a ball because he did not worry to much about us when we picked it up, more interested in staying good by to the mates he meet. will 100% use services again.

Super Smashleee: I was really happy with the care of my 2 dogs here. I like that they can interact through the fences, but still have a quiet area if they want to rest. They didn't lose weight while they were there, but they have at other kennels either from under feeding or anxiety, so I know that my dogs enjoyed it here too. Kennels are clean and tidy. Owners are friendly and helpful too. I'll definitely use these guys again! Thanks 👍🏻

I've boarded my dogs here several times in the last few times and every time is has been great. I never worry about them there, i know they are getting looked after well, i never worry about them forgetting medications. I love that if they go for 5 days they get a complimentary bath and come back so fresh which is so nice after a vacation to come home to. Absolutely recommend
Our 2 kelpie boys Chase & Nixon had their first time at Hedgegrove Pet Retreat this weekend, The boys never have been in a boarding kennel before and the girls there were fantastic with them, They allowed us too see the kennels where the boys were going in and also letting us help them get settled in too. They spoilt them and from what we can see they worn them out completely which for us is Fantastic, The boys have non stop slept since getting home from having too much fun. They also surprised my partner with a great pic of them both with a happy birthday to him from them too, that was a beautiful gesture from Hedgegrove Pet Retreat to do. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

jo coffey: I always feel bad leaving TJ at the pet retreat while we go on holiday but then as soon as I get there I know that he is in safe hands and his tail is wagging in acknowledgement of where he is!. The staff are amazing and truly treat him well. He comes home happy.

The staff have been so responsive and took care of our dog like theirs. They also provide a pet transfer which is flexible and accommodate the customer hours. We will definitely go back to them for when we have holiday/work travel arrangements that can’t involve our dog.

Martin Barrie: We recently had to put our pet dog Oscar into Windamere for a short stay. He is an anxious dog and has separation anxiety since losing his big brother Max. The staff at Wndamere are always very accommodating and understanding for Oscars needs and go the extra mile to ensure his stays are comfortable. We now have our two cats and Oscar booked in for an extended stay and have peace of mind that they will all be safe and cared for while we are away. I highly recommend Windamere to care for your fur babies.

Both my dogs seemed to do ok although one does seem like hes come home a little slimmer.Would've given 5 stars but I was told to watch the instagram for photo updates and didnt see any of my dogs.Staff were lovely and you can see they really love the animals.

Windemere is the only local kennel/pet retreat we trust.

Stephanie McRostie: I was appalled by the amount of kitty litter one cat was trying to go to the toilet in - it looked to be only about a cup full. My mind obviously took it in but it wasn't made apparent until around the corner I saw all of the trays set up ready for use and they all only had about a cup full of litter in each. Poor cats to be treated so poorly considering we all know that cats like to cover their business not to mention the fact that any pee would be in the bottom of the trays. I mentioned it to the employee that was showing me through and she said that they can't afford to fill up the trays because they go through too much litter. Hence I walked out of there knowing that my cat wasn't ever going there!!!!!!! The second business in the area seemed quite a good setup however they weren't doing tours due to COVID - I asked however if I could get some photos sent through to me and I was told that there was some on the internet. Well there was but I wanted more before I made a decision. Apparently it was too hard to take some photos for a concerned pet parent - so my view was that if a little task like that was too difficult for someone perhaps looking after my furbaby was as well. Thanks but no thanks to you also!!!! BUT THEN I toured Pampered Pet's Cat Boarding Cattery. The set up was immaculate, the owner Robyn was lovely and easy to deal with and only too happy to show me through the cattery. All of the pens are large and clean. I have since used Pampered Cat's twice

Robyn even had a heat pad for my very senior little girl ready n waiting for her arthrtitis every time we dropped her off.Now that we have retired in the riverland, we actually travel 2 hours the day before we go away just to put her with Robyn, as we know 100% that our fur babies are well looked after. It is spotless, each spacious 'unit' has a chair, hidey hole trunk and lots of toys. Also there is never any smell. Robyn, the surrogate mum!! 👍🙂

Nicole Zacher: stayed at Coralta Kennels for 5 weeks whilst we went overseas, we were a little worried about them as they are a bit of a hand full and are treated like babies at home, sleeping inside, constantly getting cuddles, etc. However when we picked them up Deb handed them back with a big smile on her face telling us how good they were and how she is going to miss them! The dogs were also looking very happy, and well looked after. Also sparkling clean after a bath! Since we have bought them home I have noticed they have learnt some better manners! Very reasonably priced too. Gary and Sharon will definitely be back, I can’t recommend Deb and Tammy enough!

He tried to obtain all of the weds yesterday from another vet but they was not able to help. So Michael went this morning in his own time to collect them from the supplier then deliver them for us to pick up at 9am. Micheal did not start work until 12 noon. We had to leave the camp-site at 10am today. We are so very grateful for your care and dedication to your role in caring for animals as well as there owners.
