Maria Tsalamangos: Had my carpet cleaned by another company, Sept 2022' after 4 days, was still damp and smelt musky. I rang Refresh Carpet spoke to Michael. He came out the following day, cleaned the carpet, was dry in a couple of hours and NO musky smell. Recently needed bedroom carpets cleaned, Refesh Carpet came, cleaned the carpets. Sunday morning, I woke up to find my entire floor flooded—water was everywhere, soaking the carpets in two bedrooms and flooding the hall. I contacted several cleaning agencies, but none were responsive, and those who were gave me very high quotes.Then I found Famous Cleaning through a Google search. When I called, they responded immediately. I was amazed when I learned that Pankaj was with friends at the time but still made it to my place within an hour and a half. He dried the area, cleaned everything thoroughly, applied de-infestation agents to prevent mold, and took special care of the carpets…. all at a very reasonable price and completed the job in 2 hrsPankaj did an amazing job in restoring my flooded unit. I can't thank him enough. Truly, thank you so much, Pankaj!

Friendly service and I reassured about results. Slightly more expensive than I expected, $250 for both sides of queen mattress, they threw in a clean of the bed base for me.
