Matthew Basedow: Rob would have to be one of the most professional and honest mechanics I’ve ever used. I was recommended to see Rob after buying my Audi RS5. I needed new rear rotors and new bushes. After getting a quote from Audi and thinking I might need to get a second mortgage, I spoke with Rob and he was able to source new rotors and bushes from the manufacturer direct and charged almost 50% less for labor. I ended up saving literally thousands! Rob also took the time to educate me on the whole suspension and break assembly as I was very interested to learn. I couldn’t be happier with his service, knowledge and commitment to the customer and cannot recommend him highly enough!Thanks Rob! I will absolutely be using you in the future, not doubt in my mind at all.

Kim Jordan: After having my VN commodore iv owned for 31 years resprayed, the car would not run and it seemed to have blown the engine requiring a rebuild that other mechanics had suggested and this was at the cost of approx $16500. I had my car dropped off to Rob and his mechanical knowledge and expertise is unbelievable. It was Diagnosed by Rob and he was able to to get the engine running perfectly again saving me thousands of dollars on the rebuild. I left it with Rob after that to carry out other work on it in which was done precisely and the care of workmanship is out standing. He has bent over backwards to help me and for that I thank him. I will not hesitate to highly reccomend Rob to anyone to have their car worked on by him and his staff and I will not be taking my Car anywhere but here from now on in. They checked my car and suggested I change my steering pump, control arm, and three other things, but their price was absurdly high. Then I went to Louca Automotive, where Bill checked my car and said everything was fine. I only needed to change the lower control arms on both sides and do a wheel alignment. My car had to be left overnight since I left the issue for too long and there was difficulty in removal of a part, but nevertheless Jimmy and the staff were all helpful and pleasant to interact with.Additionally Jimmy was helpful to give me updates throughout the day, and show me in person what happened with the part that was difficult to remove.They did a great job with the replacement; the wheel is now running as smoothly as ever.

BEATRICE NJERI: Dropped off my car on Friday. Got a phone call on Tuesday that it was ready. These guys were extremely helpful, I was having some issues with my car stopping whenever am slowing down. They replaced the parts which were fault. Thought that I would have to spend so much on the parts and repairs but their price was relatively cheap than even I expected. So far one week is over now and my car is ok with no issues of stopping. Love the work, love the customer service, and thanks again MSABA AUTO.

Dave Collier: A flat battery in our BMW 320i caused a malfunction in the FRM module... I took the module into these guys and within a couple of hours they had the FMR module 'reprogrammed' for a very reasonable cost, and it has been working perfectly ever since. They have great technical support for European models, are friendly and efficient - I highly recommend them 🙂

Oldrey Forsyth: My wife and I drove from Sydney to Adelaide intending to drive back to Sydney a few days later to meet a commitment early the following week.Whilst in Adelaide, our car suffered a power steering failure which rendered it undrivable and on the recommendation of the RAA, we took it to Carrington Street Auto Repairs for repair.If the car could not be made drivable within two or three days, my wife and I would have been forced to fly back to Sydney to meet our commitment and then fly back to Adelaide to pick it up.Sandra and her team at Carrington Street Auto Repairs went to extraordinary lengths to put the car back on the road by the deadline as a consequence of which we were able to drive it home.I recommend Carrington Street Auto Repairs very highly.

Steve Barnes: Whilst Traveling with my family around Australia, we experienced our fair share of car issues. I called Sandra and the team and the managed to squeeze me. Turned out the car needed some work and we were on a tight timeline, they managed to not only get the job done quick, they also leant us a car so we didn’t miss out on seeing things whilst in town.
