My friend and I stopped by the office the previous day to arrange the booking and specifically requested a Rav4, which the staff confirmed would be allocated to us. Unfortunately, when we went to pick up the car the following day, we were given a different car. This was disappointing given the prior confirmation.

Easy to book online, receiving a text message with details for when my plane landed. The pickup shuttle was 5-10 min walk from baggage carousel AND THE PICTURE INSTRUCTIONS GUIDING YOU TO THE PICKUP SHUTTLE POSITION WERE AMAZINGLY CLEAR AND CONCISE. The office is only 5-10 min drive from the airport. Staff were VERY FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND.

Timo Hänseler: Complete Ute and Van Hire, was the go to for me as I was travelling with my tent only in SA. The team is extremely friendly and helpful. You can rent an optional fridge and recovery kit as I did, so I could also go to remote locations without worrying and always had a cold beer with me. I rented a Toyota Hilux with an ARB Canopy so I had plenty of space to put all my stuff and keep organised. Price performance ratio is great if you look to rent a 4x4, as most standard rental companies can't guarantee you'll get a 4x4 and most of the time you won't be able to go everywhere with their vehicles, even if it's a 4x4. Thanks again to the whole team and your trust! I would definitely rent again!

It appeared that the previous user hadn't filled it up properly, as I drove it 140 km and had to add 23 liters of fuel, which didn't seem correct.

The staff make it pretty easy.There's always "paperwork" to muddle through but that's the same everywhere.Pricing is reasonable.Trucks are pretty good, all automatics.They have cars as well and a reasonable selection of Toyota's.The location is easy to get to but the site, probably, needs to be larger, as there are a lot of vehicles. It can be a little crowded.Recommended.

A little old-fashioned of course, cleaning a little limited with a lot of kilometers but it more than did the job since we covered more than 6000 km with our faithful companion. Fuel consumption more than adequate. Roof tent a bit retro and takes a long time to close at first.We really liked the Jucy experience!Good value for money.If necessary, they will drop you off at the airport on your return.
Pilaar last: It has been great actually better than I expected since this is my first time with this sort of camper. Some minor up keeping things could be better but other than that it has everything it needs to be a good camper. I would definitely use this experience again
Alan Hewitt: Hired their El Cheapo which was a 2012 Corolla with ripped seats. Fortunately was offered a free upgrade to a 2016 Hyundai Hatch. Had no problems with it and it was very economical. The drop off in Melbourne was quick and easy.
Carin Wenusch: The handover of our previously booked Jucy initially went smoothly and without complications. When we checked the car with the appropriate form, as planned, we discovered a few minor defects, including a problem with the central locking system.The staff were very helpful and solution-orientated. The faulty locking system could not be rectified but we were given advice on how to deal with it.However, it was impossible to control the door locking system in such a way that all doors could be locked from the inside or opened from the outside without any problems.After consultation, we were able to exchange the car the next day without any problems, and the staff at the Adelaide location were very friendly and apologised to us.

Vincent Ji: Great service and expedient pick up and drop off. They also have an airport shuttle that I didn't take advantage of so I can't really comment on. The car was in great condition and very clean. I got a great rate from them online which included zero excess. Other companies offered lower face value prices but charges ~$40 a day for zero excess. In my opinion if it's your first time driving on the left like it was for me the peace of mind is very much worth it.
