Chelsea Schaefer: The other day I went to the smoke mark at Rundle Mall and this girl called Dallas was very supportive. There was a guy in the store that was a bit of a disgruntled customer. And Dallas let me wait with her until she closed the shop and made sure I got back to my hotel room appropriately. I'd just like to acknowledge that Dallas has done something so good and I believe she should be nominated for Employment of the Month.

Karen Mingham: Omg I haven’t been in this store for some time … since last year … I was drawn to the store as soon as I saw it and I wasn’t at the shopping centre to even visit this store … it drew me in and I thought this is nothing like I remember it . It looked like it had had a complete overhaul /renovation. It smelled nice … I don’t know why but when I went in last year the smell wasn’t appealing . Stick was easy to see , it was easy to browse and walk around … not cluttered like I remembered it . I’m going back on payday to purchase the fluffy white stool and some cute lamps for the grand kids. Lovely shopping experience 😍🤩

Candii: The day of the lock down, rushed into woolies, rushed into smokemart to get home, realising i had lost my engagement ring through the process. You could imagine the stress.... Knowing there would be no point in returning because of how busy the place was, After several calls to woolies with no answer, i rang smokemart and Leanne answered straight away, i asked if she could see a ring anywhere, she said no she couldnt see it, i asked if she could go out into the mall were my partner and i were standing before i walked into the shop... and crazily enough, she found my ring in the middle of the mall on the ground... were probably hundreds of people had just walked past. Thankyou so much Leanne for being so honest. I couldnt believe my luck. She just saved me a whole lot of heart break and $10 000. ❤
