Scott McIntyre: Terrific trader. Not only did they have in stock a fairly rare vintage book that I was after, but they had it at a reasonable price. The book was dispatched quickly, it arrived quickly, postage costs were reasonable and it was beautifully and securely wrapped and packed. Communication A+ also. Great to be able to support an independent outfit. Highly recommended.

Jessica Puttmer: Called up in search for a rare book. Colin fielded my questions in an extremely helpful way: providing a list of resources and useful information. Thanks heaps!

A good local alternative to Abe's and you can actually avoid Aus Post and pick them up. Excellent service, highly respectful, courteous, and efficient. A must in Adelaide!

Michael Treloar Antiquarian Booksellers: what do users think?

Kate: I cannot recommend this bookstore highly enough. They have an astonishing range and, even more astonishing, reasonable prices. The staff there are outstanding, polite, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only will I continue to deal with them I strongly recommend you do too, even if they don't have what you're after, they may be able to point you in the right direction or show you something even better that you didn't know existed. Big shoutout to Tom, fantastic bloke!

H. Mosa: I love coming to the place, the aroma of old books as you walk in is just enough. The hidden and rare finds you come across are exciting

Jeanette Carol: Efficient service, online purchase was made easy. Ďelivery was expeditious, including well packaged goods which arrived as per the online description.

Greg Smith: Wonderful service. I found the book I wanted via an online search, rang David at MTAB to confirm the condition of the book, purcahsed it & 4 days later it arrived in Perth via AusPost Express. Very well packaged too, so the whole experience has left me most impressed. Thank you David & MTAB. 👍

J Cook: Absolutely over the moon with my purchase. From purchase to receipt the process was seamless, communication from postal carrier spot on. Delivery took 3 weeks from South Australia to the UK which I think was fair. Thanks again

Liam Mcquinn: Seemingly disorganised bookstore, but in an enduring and comforting way. Wide selection of books. Knowledge store owner.

Anne: Great to find an old fashioned book shop with piles of books everywhere and a very knowledgeable owner who knows exactly what he's got and where it is. My husband was pleased to add 4 or so books to his history of Singapore and Malaysia collection. Visitors from Perth 😀

Kahyla Downs: The person who runs the book shop is lovely and very knowledgeable about the books you ask for and the books in store. It's lovely to walk around and see what treasures you will find.

Em S: . Great place to take advantage of while passionate and down-to-earth independent booksellers still exist. Face-to-face experience here is epic with a helpful and personable owner, and the feeling of being absolutely surrounded by books, culture, topics of all sorts, including stuff that's really hard to find or would cost a lot more to buy a current copy of online/in larger shops. This will be a haven for those who miss having an 'old school' experience. Different selection than Oxfam Books

Richard Shaw: If you want a bookshop that doesn't have brick walls but walls made of books and you need to duck through alleyways of various tomes then this is the place for you. What a secondhand bookshop should be, feel and smell like.

Juliana Ferreira: Amazing range of books, including a good range of perfect as new books! Could even find best sellers over there! Prices are really fair and the owners very friendly and helpful! I recommend this bookshop to all my friends!

Since then I have made other purchases on lay by, without any hiccups my end. Very professional, warm and welcoming. I love going there.😊

Kate: Noddys is AMAZING. If you love a vintage treasure you will love this place. Uranium glass, plants, clothing, books, CDs and records, knick knacks- you're spoilt for choice. And unlike many antique shops, everything was really reasonably priced & there was lots of bargains to be had. Definitely worth the trip if you're an antiques fan!

Debbie Rudzinski: Love Noddys, great retro ,vintage , antiques

Tim Haslam: Don't miss this place. Amazing collection of genuine retro everything from 1900 to 2000. Vinyl records, antique tea pots, tools, phones, furniture, books and everything else at reasonable prices, starting at 2 for $5. Nicest staff and management you can imagine. Great place to visit even if you don't want to buy anything, but you probably will and be glad you did.

Carlos Sylianteng: Something for everyone. A treasure trove of collectibles as Port Noarlunga.

Tracy Wilson (TravellingGypsy1111): Lots of interesting things.

Toni Mylonas: Noddy's is a wonderful vintage and antique store that offers almost anything. You really need to take your time there and work your way through the entire store. You can't rush it.

Cameron Foot: Great range of gold estate jeweleryBest I've encounteredFriendly experienced staffHighly recommend to anyone chasing something with some old world charm

Mia Ramsay: is a star, so much personality and genuine warmth. This lady knows her stuff and how important great customer service is. 10/10.

Jasmina Cubelic: Absolutely wonderful service from the lovely ladies at Adelaide Exchange. Had to sell some old, unwanted jewellery I had collected over the years. I came prepared with an asking price for my jewellery and it turns out I under estimated myself. The lovely lady took a look at the jewellery after I said my asking price, she assesser it and told me the true value which was more than I asked for. They then bought my jewellery for the higher price! For any first timers overwhelmed with the thought of selling old jewellery, just come straight here. Helpful, honest service with people who are truly the experts.Thank you Adelaide Exchange!

Denise Gherardin: was first class. Very understanding of my needs, had a beautiful manner and attitude. What I found disappointing was a more ‘senior shop assistant’ or manager just kept staring at myself and husband throughout our almost $11,000 transaction. It made us feel as though either the lady serving me or my husband and I could not be trusted - it felt very uncomfortable.

Krystyna Roberts: Second time I have purchased here. Lovely staff and place. Very happy with purchases.

colin phillips: I brought a few items from Adelaide Exchange and was very happy with the service I got Especially from Katrina and the price was really good. I cannot believe the delivery it was next day into Melbourne. hiI would highly recommend the Adelaide Exchange for service and delivery.Colin Phillips.

Sharon Haydon: Their range is extensive and the staff were very helpful with helping my husband and I to choose my perfect birthday present. They were also helpful in recommending us to visit their outlet in Glenelg for my jewellery repairs.

Robyn Graham: Excellent and friendly service. Great variety of jewellery to choose from in all price ranges.
