I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

William McCallum: We went to this place because we saw from the reviews that the guy here is a wizard at repairing glasses. I had squashed my eyeglasses seemingly beyond repair, and wasn't going to be able to get new frames until we returned to the US in 10 days. The OPSM store just down the street wouldn't touch them. They are an unusual design with a delicate mechanism for holding the lenses. He managed to get them back in one piece and straightened and saved my holiday. Amazing!

Her genuine input/feedback/thoughts and ideas on styling/fitment and colours was not pushy, but it was honest and insightful. She was patient and caring with my son who was restless and bored. Nathan Bland: The sunglass hut kiosk in Myer at Tea Tree Plaza was busy all day, as there were some really good deals on offer. We went back three times, taking all day to make up our minds. EVERY time we were looking through the range, we were greeted by 2 charming workers who remembered us, and offered to help without being pushy, explaining the sales and discounts. When we were ready to make a purchase, they showed great attention to detail, an explained the warranty and after care options. When they had a problem with their registers, they took it in their stride and made it into something quite funny. We couldn’t praise their service enough.

All the salespeople are very welcoming and warm, not the fake and pushy behaviour you experience at a lot of luxury stores these days. They create a relaxing environment, let you take your time and don’t pressure you into buying. It is obvious they enjoy what they do. My husband and I were looking at a cream LV Roxbury bag on their website. When we visited in person to view the bag, we found that the blemishes which were well-photographed and highlighted on the website were absolutely minuscule in person. The bag looked pristine. Extreme attention to detail with online listing, if anything I expected the condition to be worse in real life! Pleasantly surprised by this.Overall very happy with the experience that we had, and looking forward to the next.

Vanessa: I have had excellent service both times that I have been to this store, this weekend and a few weeks ago. Staff member this weekend was very helpful in finding sunglasses in the style that I wanted and gave me honest feedback which I really appreciated. I will be returning with my partner to find him some sunglasses next.

My little one had a ball trying on all the different glasses and found a pair of "love heart" sunglasses that she fell in love with. 3 There was a great deal with the 2nd pair being discounted, so it made it easy to grab a pair my little one loved as well.

Karen Zaskolny: I needed to replace them. I spoke to sales staff in 2 different stores at Marion and was not very impressed at all with their lack of product knowledge. Finally, I went to Sunglass Hut at Myer Marion and was blown away by staff member, Aldric. Extremely nice, extremely helpful, he made my shopping experience a real pleasure. Next time I need more sunnies, I will be making a bee-line for that store again. And I'm telling all my friends, don't go anywhere else!
