I had a bag full of groceries with me and the bag split in half, the wonderful man who served me saw that my bag split in half and quickly ran around with a new one and put the broken bag into the bin for me. Also made a lovely bubble tea so grateful!!
Jenny Westall: Absolutely love this place!We are big boba tea fans and wanted to take advantage of the 2 for 12 deal for students. So in we go and the service was excellent. They were so patient as I had not realised I had to use an app to get the deal. Fantastic service! She waited while I found the right app - thankfully we had chosen a quiet time to go. Miss J: Many great flavours for bbt! Their brown sugar pearls are so soft. Creme brulee is really good if you're into cheese foam. I like that the tea is not too sweet. It's very milky which suits me. Mango tea is so refreshing, goes well with mango popping pearls. Strawberry collagen was interesting. Quite like a liquid yoghurt. Collagen was a slimy texture. But still tasted good and not that sweet. A lot of interesting flavours to try. They now have a new Thai Milk Tea series too. And really cute Hello Kitty bbt cups!

The tea tastes fresh and most of the variety is better than the average boba place. They also have such unique and delicious flavours. Mint Ladda: Recently had a bubble tea order that didn't go as smoothly as usual. The staff forgot the pearls, and when I pointed it out, their first question was if I had ordered them. It'd be great if they could check the label for clarity in such situations.Their solution was to pour warm pearls directly into the tea, making it warmer than I expected since I ordered it without ice. A simple apology would have really made a difference. In fact, if there was even a slight apology at that moment, my feedback would be more positive. Despite this hiccup, I still appreciate the service and look forward to future improvements. Cheers!
