Moving to plan manager was the best choice. Their friendly staff have always been respectful and friendly. They always have time for you to explain any issues you may have. Also "Plan management" protects you from suspicious and dishonest agencies which I experienced in the past. Also if you have found a support worker that you trust and want to keep long term ( which can be hard to find), you can give them a higher hourly rate because you have removed the "middle man" (NDIS agency) so to speak. It's funding well spent. If you are not happy with "agency management" call your NDIS coordinator Asap to discuss moving to plan management. It's easy to do and you will never look back.
