I just wanted to say the staff where beyond awesome 👍😎 Thank you for being so accommodating to me and the family. There was an initial woman that I spoke to that gave me a towel for my son as he was wet from the beach, she was so professional I didn't catch her name but I could sense hers & the rest of the staff I dealt with all having a high level of empathy & compassion 💚 this place should be 5 star not 4 as the google reviews suggest. Rina G: Update Jan 2022 - Sadly the famous waterslide complex has been demolished. It served many a happy time but did need upgrading due to practicality and safety with the ageing slide. Hopefully we'll see something terrific in its place in the very near future 👍💖

Nicolle Harvey: This venue was the most perfect setting for our special day! Highly recommended for any brides/grooms out there wanting the perfect reception location! With beach views and gorgeous sunsets in the heart of Glenelg, why wouldn't you. The food was amazing and the selection of drinks was great. The events team ensured the night ran like clockwork and there was plenty of parking and accommodation close by for guests.
Ina Peluso: I would like to highly recommend the function room @ the beach house for any function. I had my daughter's 21st there. The location and the room is fantastic and the view is breathtakingly beautiful but the biggest highlight would have to be the amazing staff. They were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went over & beyond being helpful. Their attention to detail was impeccable and they were all so lovely. Rebecca, Kelsey, Aine & all the staff working that night all should be highly commended for their professional manners & work ethic. It was all perfect, the food was delicious and looked like it came out of the master chef kitchen. One negative things was that the staff were just located at the main entrance area from where you start each course and in some sections we needed help and it would’ve been helpful if they were dispersed or came to that area when we called them. My son asked me to take him to Funtopia, which I happily agreed, and when I arrived Funtopia, just before I paid, I received yet another text from my wife, blaming me for being so careless and forgetting to give my son fruits before I took him out, I laughed, on my own miserable day, and paid the ticket, and the staff asked me, "are you the father of this kid?" I went "I'm sorry?" "Are you, the father of this little kid?" I went "oh yes, yes I am", then I got a voucher for a free coffee, saying this is a little gift for every hard working father.That moment, I wanted to cry, finally, someone I don't even know, recognised the hard work every father is giving to their family, their kids, and this is the only but the best gift and recognition I received on this special day. Thank you, Funtopia, you are not just a profitable business, you really show care for the kids and parents, I'm a regular here, but I will never forget this day. Thank you.

Benson Hunt: Good place for both my boys. Bit crowded from an adults perspective, but that's what it's like on the last weekend of the school holidays. Definitely a good time nonetheless.
aidan stanley: Went to Funtopia Prospect in the school holidays and was blown away with the staff, in particular Shanon, who ran the climbing course. His professionalism and maturity were far beyond his years, and I was really impressed with the passion and charisma he presented when interacting with our children. His skills with young people helped our children feel safe and confident on the climbing course and they are desperate to come back again to climb.

Carolyn Carolyn: Taking three young boys that can be a handful I knew the experience would be a lot. The patience and tolerance of Luna on the wall climb, was second to none. I live south of the city and I travelled to greenacres for the climbing walls and sky walk.My coffee was good. The staff were faultless.Luna made my customer experience 10/10 I will be back.

Vivek Prasad: Very pleased with their birthday party packages. We used the 'unhosted' option and the Bounce rep did a great job doing the arrangements, serving food to the kids and so on. Great option for a group of 8 to 10 kids.
Shane Benck: Worked out around $78.94 for 3 hours of 3 of us. Lunch was $52.32 for a mini cheese burger, crispy bacon burger, chicken schnitzel burger, one slushie & one coffee. We liked the place, we through the food was OK the staff was good. We have been to Bounce in Marlseton a couple of times now, this was our first Greenacres vist & feel Bounce Greenacres is more suited for the bigger kids & Marlseton is more suited to the little kids & has a better kids playground. We was told that's been updated soon so my comment may not be relevant in 6 months or so. I think the Rock Climbing sy Greenacres is a nice touch & worth the couple bucks extra an hour cost over Marlseton. We will be back wen next in South Australia.

S Swincer: Everything was so well thought out, Jacky knew how to get the children engaged and by the end of the party they were all up and dancing. Play list, party games, lunch, lolly bags all included just needed to bring a cake. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book again for future parties. Only your group unlike bigger venues. It was the first time I haven’t hosted and what a difference being stress free made!Absolutely everything was taken cared of!I loved how Jacky initiated photos.I am happy with the cost and value too. If I were to do it myself, it would definitely cost a lot more!I’m not too easily impressed… and I am more than happy with everything!
Jessica Dubois: From the very beginning of making an enquiry all the way to the end of our party, I can not recommend The Enchanted Palace enough! Jacky was absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond. From the set up and cleanliness of her venue to how beautifully she interacted with all the kids and most of all everything she did for us including making sure we had a family photo taken before it began. It was the easiest most beautiful party we could’ve asked for, for our child.

The kids have not stopped raving on how it was the best birthday party ever! We would 100% come back for future birthday parties.
