Shaun: I've struggled with hurting feet for years when riding. After 30 minutes of riding foot hot spot, burning feet and aching so much while riding. The team at bike society fit me up with a pair of S works torch shoes and the pain went away. Several 150 plus km rides since and zero for pain. Genuinely gone! Mat Galdes: I originally purchased my road bike from Bicycle Express in 2015 and have taken it back semi annually for regular maintenance. Recently I took my bike in for a service and the team discovered a small crack in a critical component which was covered by the manufacturers warranty. Initially I was worried that this would be a drawn out and frustrating experience to navigate the manufacturers warranty process, however Aaron at Bicycle Express was fantastic. He was extremely responsive and often initiated contact with me before I felt the need to check in on the progress. I highly recommend Bicycle Express to anyone wanting fantastic responsive service.

Tim Schroeder: Bicycle Express has been my go-to bicycle store for over 10 years now. I had my bikes stolen back then and was greeted by Ben when I walked in the store with my insurance funds. Ben helped me replace all my bikes and gear and I've never looked back. I chose the store because I like the Cannondale & Trek options they have, plus the range of other gear.There have been numerous times when Ben and the mechanics team have got me out of a pickle pre-race. I've either booked in at late notice or have been able to limp in with a problem - every time the Team have found a solution. I'm always grateful for their friendly service. Plus, my bikes are still going strong with many, many hours of enjoyment along the way!
Hubertus Jersmann: These people are unbelievable ! I sustained a flat tyre less than 1km away from the shop. When I wheeled my bike in they were super friendly and accommodating and I kid you not in under 1/2 hour I rode off with a new tube, new tyre al at a very reasonable price ! I would not believe it if I had not experienced it myself. Five stars !

John Fulbrook: Elbows Akimbo are excellent. The workshop is second to none- very clean and well equipped. The service was much better than what you would receive from a bike shop. Not only was it very affordable, there was no mucking around with precious people complaining on how they're doing you a favour by struggling to struggle to fit you in. The owner has a genuine 'can do' attitude and I was beyond words on how he got to the bottom of a problem I had with my front disk brakes that seemed to allude previous mechanics. The added bonus was this work was done before my eyes. The workshop takes credit card, so no need to worry if you come without cash. I also noted a lot of spare parts within reach- so there's a good chance time wont be spent hunting down common parts. Definitely coming back.
Martin Pfitzner: I started spin classes with Anthony in March 2016 and my first FTP test was on 5th of April 2016. In my third such test on 4th October 2016 my FTP was 19% higher than the 5th April 2016 test, a considerable improvement. This improvement is primarily due to the structure of Anthony’s classes where he constantly has us working around and above our power thresholds – highly recommended!
emile noujeim: Well my case was funny. Anthony did put lots of effort and time to fix my DIY fit. results.... no more knee pain. The ride is way more fun now. i definitely recommend Anthony especially if you are not so comfortable on the bike.

Bannon Trenton: brings out a bike ramp they use so I could get inside out of the heat. Might seem like a small gesture to some but to me it was so bloody awesome and rare.She was able to help my brother find part he was looking for and also offered us a cold drink.
