wiebe ter bals: . The toasted sandwich is a tour de force doing an ample job as a lunchtime filler.
Bel Harper: We had pre dinner drinks b4 ONG on Rundle. The wine n beer went down well. The attitude of Sophie to bar tender put a stop to that, shouting across the bar, twice. Small??? Then proceeded to literally throw the atm machine at me...this was after I interrupted her chatting with a colleague, a fill line of customers at the bar, my partner bought a beer..paid..then was told 'your welcome ' even before he had nano second to say thanks, with the implication that thanks was not in his dialogue. Sophie might be better suited further west...say Woolshed.

Belinda Wellings: Don’t let the dingy darkness put you off. Push past the front bar and pokies to the back where the craft beer taps are.Take your time tasting the beers to find your preferred ale. Or grab a glass of wine.Watch the local bar flys and talk about life and love. That’s how we enjoyed the Little Pub!
Laura Millán Benavides: Atmosphere: 5/5

tia cant: such lovely service and amazing steak! went for an anniversary and an incredible waiter absolutely spoiled us!! highly, highly recommend!!!
Ann Kay: Wonderful selection of wines and genuinely fab customer service! Thanks G for your thoughtfully curated list!Service: 5/5 …
Danielle Palmieri: My family celebrated my husband’s birthday on Saturday night at EEC in the city. The food, drinks and service were all exceptional. Freya was the most professional and attentive waitress and even though she was very busy, she never appeared rushed or flustered. Akshay was also wonderful at ensuring that our evening was flawless and was so accommodating. We loved the “feed me” menu. The quality of food was first class and there was so much of it! You have to give the cocktails a go too…so delicious!
Adele E: , croquettes and freshly made rigatoni with pecorino and tomato chilli. Toasties are not cheap, but high quality. Exhaustive wine options to choose from in the retail store. There's a reasonable $20

Lynne Parker: Food excellent and also great beer
Monica “몬몬스타”: Fantastic Beer and Gin Cocktails 🍸 🍺 super great service friendly staff and families and pet-friendly atmosphere! couldn't be better!
Eadie McFuds: We had a great time here with the family. Food was excellent, beers were excellent.Only losing a star because of one staff members mediocre at best customer service.Maybe they didn’t like my outfit or something but over the 2/3 hr visit, they didn’t smile once. I’m not sure if she has any teeth but I know she can frown. With the exception of that one person, I’d recommend heading here for afternoon catch up.Very clean, bright and comfortable.
Brooke Birkby: We had such a relaxed experience at Brightstar Brewing.... The food was delicious, the customer service was outstanding, and the selection of beer paddles was impressive. The grassed area for our kids to play meant my husband and I could enjoy a quiet drink together too.It was an awesome little find we will definitely be returning.
Renee G: I love this bright, open brewery. Brightstar is family friendly, has lovely platters and food, and has been welcoming both when we've taken board games with small group and when we've had a larger group for a celebration. We'll be back again soon.
Kent Winzer: Not a bad brewery to try a few different beers. Absolutely fantastic staff, really knowledgeable and friendly. The venue lacks a bit of... 'character'? A bit too clean and white.
Danielle Weaver: Great venue, excellent vibe with lots of drink choices but most importantly all staff were super friendly. We can’t wait to come back.
Siena Parker: Amazing ❤️❤️
Tim Kind: Fantastic beers, wonderful staff, delightful location. Overall top quality experience!Thankyou so much folks!
Henrico Corda: Nice & Relaxed vibe, funky beers + great staff!
Leath Margrie: Thanks Brightstar for bringing some great food and beer for my Lethal Lunch event - keep up the great work!
Gregers Williams: Traditional brewed beer. From lagers to nitro stouts every beer solid. Definitely worth a visit, Definitely will return.
Andrew Bartlett: Great range of interesting brews. Fabulous flavours. Absolutely loved the Irish Red Ale 😋 and OMG the Baltic Porter 😵💫👍🏽.Great food, fun atmosphere and wonderful staff. Can’t wait to go back.
Peter Cox: Amazing brewery, sensational staff and their knowledge is amazing. The food superb. My favourite brews were Helles, but my absolute favourite was the Irish Red Ale.
Jason Davies: Friendly and welcoming staff. Great range of beers found nowhere else. Great atmosphere and open green area to enjoy and soak up. Food will be available within the week so looking forward to that after talking with the owner.
Darcy McGillivray: Pulled pork burger was unreal!

Darren Knuckey: Enjoyed, nice selection
Andrew Robey: Awesome beers...the smoke stack is the best...like drinking a Christmas leg ham!
mark m: Paddles of beer, 8 plus options. Inside, outside and alley seats. Check the opening times when going. paddles a good way to sample the range. Close to a dress shop, you drink, she shop...win win 😆
J Taylor: We came Easter Sunday and had a beer paddle. Super flexible in what beers you can try, excellent service, and lovely tasting beers. Would highly recommend!
Jane Parker: Friendly welcome, from someone we assumed was the brewer. We had a tasting paddle and found all were very tasty. IPA, pale ale, stout and ruby. Not a large establishment but there were indoor and outdoor tables. Wine by the glass for non beer drinkers and a cider too.We didn’t try the food but apparently pizzas were available
Jeff Deen: Excellent set-up

Barry Faturic: Whitmore Hotel now known as SPARKE ON WHITMORE has been fully renovated and is an fantastic venue for food and drink
Chloe Manglaras: I had such a great experience at the Whitmore Hotel. I booked two tables for a party of 13 and we had such a lovely time. The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating and went the extra mile to provide us with everything we needed. The ginger beer brew was to die for and the rooftop area is absolutely stunning! I love the place and would recommend it for both big events and more intimate occasions!!
Jez Velde: Nice dinner date restaurant, great steaks and wines!
Jack Morelli: Excellent food and a good selection of drinks
Caroline St Ruth: This pub was a lovely surprise! Being recently diagnosed as coeliac, I was truly impressed by the extensive list of gluten free dining options. Thinking of a side dish, I was assured I could have fries as they have a dedicated GF fryer. What a treat to have my dietary requirements catered for so respectfully! Relaxed, welcoming and thoughtful service completed this dining experience.
Carol Bennett: Fabulous food, great service.

Kate Lisman: A great place for functions. We hired The Boardroom for a private lunch for my Mum's 80th. It was a wonderful space with loads of seating, private for good conversations and ithad a TV for photos. The Grove had some inclusions that helped make the space more festive. The staff were so helpful, it was a really stress free experience as everything was taken care of.
Denis Cahill: A very nice place to spend time

Eleanor Just: First visit to this southern district hotel for lunch last Saturday. We were seated in the pavilion room which was much quieter than the main dining area even with a birthday party nearby. The meals were served promptly and were served by friendly staff. Meal size was large for the price and well cooked and presented. Compliments to the chef!

Tony Hobbs: Sunday roast is a cut above, nicely cooked meat, roast spuds, proper Yorkshire pudding, horseradish and mustard, baby pig-in-blanket.Thursday paella is tasty. Worthwhile range of craft beer on tap, plenty of wines by the glass.Parking: Easy in quiet times, gets harder at peaks like Friday night as streets are narrow.
Eleanor Just: We were a table of four for lunch. Meals were served promptly and were well prepared. Staff very friendly and helpful. Table quite small for 4 people but it did make conversation easier as it was busy and quite noisy.Only small car park front and back but you can park on the street.Would recommend this historic pub hidden in the back streets.
Kylie Matthews: Outstanding venue, fantastic food and amazing staff…feels like home when you go in there with some great regulars…a nice catch up venue for family and or friends.Great specials during the week and a sensational Sunday roast with all the trimmings! Highly recommendKid-friendliness: Kid friendly
Jarrah Jarrah: Good pub, good atmosphere. Feel like the food can be a bit hit or miss week to week, even when ordering the same item like a chicken parmy.

Begona Foncueva: Birthday gathering. Need meat options other than burger on the menu. Expensive compared to other places in Nairne.Parking: Hotel is on the main street. Free bays, 1hr & 2hr signed parking.
Franziska Doerflinger: Lovely pubSmall menu but good foodWe had the chicken Parma and the squidThe dessert was not to my liking but I’m not a dessert lover, my husband really liked itLovely place
Susan Leers: Set in the main street of picturesque Nairne. Nice pub, good pub food and friendly staff.A great outdoor area/beer garden
Jodi Sando: Great Burgers!!!Friendly staff that are very accommodating to your requests! Love Nairne!
Morag McIntosh: We've just come home after a lovely lunch at the District Hotel in Nairne. They have just renovated the outdoor area behind the hotel into a lovely outdoor eating area. I had the crispy skin salmon with fried kale and pearl couscous and the boys had the traditional flathead fillets and schnitzel. All were well presented and cooked. It was a very pleasant lunch venue at a reasonable price.
Toddy Moore: Great place to eat, for groups or couples, especially in their shady beer garden, dinning under a canopy of trees. its near a pretty stream, Food is good and the menu varied. Except no cold salad options other than warm potatoe salad, which was tasty. Its very kid friendly offering well equipted playground and table tennis. Monday kids eat free, which makes it a bit noisy with their screams of glee as they run around playing chase. Unfortunately they have pokies, which I find very anti-social, but they are at least out of sight. But overall I liked it.
