I have ordered two vanity and I have picked them from the store. Mistakenly I have ordered a wrong vanity, realised after coming home. They have changed the order and deliver the correct item on next working day to my place for free which I have never expected. All the parts I bought are quality product. Now is the time to see how those fittings gonna serve me over time.

We used a tiler, plumber and electrician for anything needing a compliance certificate but saved a fortune on the rest. Helping us to keep the price down was made easier when we met Karen and Dave in Beyond bathrooms. Almost everything we wanted was available here, be it tiles, vanity, tap wear and sundries. Their prices are more than reasonable and advice was free and invaluable. Highly recommend this business.

Randy Manno: Had an issue with faulty tap it was out of manufacturers 1 year warranty and I thought I would have to start quoting Australian consumer laws but no they were sorry to hear of fault and arranged replacement in a timely manner.But wait that's not all. Had a fault with tap again just out of warranty, no problem they replaced it again!Will recommend them to everyone.

Karen the salesperson went out of her way to help me ...organising the tiles and the freight.. It arrived within 12 hours of being transported.. Appreciated the help and the fact the tiles were well protected and recieved in good order.. would highly recommend them

花花世界: As I am lazy, I do not normally do review. However, I have to give 5 stars to Ceramic World. I only purchased 4.5 M2 tile for kitchen splashback. The total purchase is less than 250. However, Ceramic World is happy to provide me several demo tiles to test in my kitchen. Ceramic World is working hard to give me an alternative solution when the tile I am after is bit less than I need. Ceramic World even contact the tiler to make sure the entire plan is doable. 5 stars is a must.
Simon Vanlint: A very positive experience from start to finish. Store staff are helpful and not pushy, range of tiles etc is very good. Prices are competetive. Gary and the tradie team were polite, efficient and delivered to a very high standard. Definitely highly recommended!

However, when I encountered an issue with missing parts from my kitchen tapwares purchased elsewhere, my frustration peaked as the store had closed down. That's when Demor came to my rescue.Kon, Natasha, and their team at Demor went above and beyond to assist me in claiming warranty from Nero. BRW did a full renovation of the bathroom, laundry and did the floor tiles for 4 rooms and some wall tiles for the kitchen.From beginning to end, everything went flawlessly, and I felt taken care of throughout the whole process. The whole experience felt seamless.William was great with coming out to measure up the rooms, and then providing ideas and product recommendations.Frank, the Project Manager, was fantastic with keeping us up to date about each stage of the works. With any queries or questions that I had throughout the whole process, I could just contact Frank and Frank would take care of our concerns or any issues with no worries.The trades people were all very good to deal with as well. They were polite and friendly.Alicia was lovely to deal with on all occasions in regard to contract signing and was always great to have a chat with.My parents are very happy with the finished renovations and we would definitely recommend BRW for Peace of Mind renovations. You will feel like you have been taken care of from beginning to end.

I was unable to wait that long, as water was leaking from shower wall to our bedroom. Even though Nick isn"t doing the job, he has offered no end of support, from choosing tiles, designing hob/shower, to choosing bathroom fitout.
