Steffi: Awesome class with Mae! I would recommend barista level 1 to anyone who is interested in making coffee and working in a cafe. Hope to continue to barista level 2 next 😊

Ritvik Chawla: The experience of level 1 barista training was very, very satisfying in every regard. The trainers are open to doubts, friendly and patient, taking an ample amount of time to guide you through every step of making different types of coffees, adding a lot of detail and practical explanation, making the learning part very easy to grasp and remember. Would highly recommend this coffee school to newbies. No complaints or problems at all.

Seb B: Incredible course that taught me everything I needed to know about making coffee

Shannon Moyle: who was attentive to all of us students helping us where needed and giving us many tips to produce amazing coffees. This was an amazing experience and I learned so much! I would highly recommend doing this course!

Watashiwa NumberOne: When I think about coffee I think about how HG coffee has given the tools and mindset to achieve what makes coffee, coffee. How one with no experience or little are able to gain from a foundational course. Worth the time for experience and knowledge that you can apply in the workplace or as a leisure hobby.

Dee S: . Mel addressed all her questions with ample practise to get comfortable with things, and ... yes she got the job! A big thank you!

HITsa Training & Employment: what do users think?

Shukran Davidson: I completed the RSA course online and it was very straightforward. I was in a tight spot and needed to get my certificate quickly. I phoned the next morning after I had submitted everything and they went above and beyond to ensure I had the certificate that afternoon. Couldn't recommend them enough. Brilliant! Thank you

Aruna Chand: Well done to the manual training yesterday.Beautiful experience.Monika from Programmed care

Lewis Mercurio: It is always the teachers that make or break the classes and my experience with HITsa and their teachers have been the best. Coming from someone who has done their RSA and RSG at HITsa Clarence Gardens, i do recommend giving face to face training a shot as it is an enjoyable and fun experience for those who might not be able to grow their skillset through university. Or people who simply do not socialise as often finding new friends, its a great place for more then just acquiring certificatesI had Kelly Traeger and Mark as my teachers for RSA and RSG and they were the best at what they did

Troy Burge: All facilities good

Kylie-Ann: Great tutors especially Brigette and Aman

Helen Miller: Highly recommend this learning centre. If you are seeking a career change this is a great place to be. Fabulous staff and teachers. A very well run place.

Beverley Stanbridge: It was a good environment and friendly. Very informative and enjoyed the practical side the role plays. I would recommend the RSA course and I found out they also do barista and cocktails as also other training. Go and find out

Amy Park Adelaide (UBHD): I drank very delicious coffee with a strong coffee aroma. If you are a coffee enthusiast, I highly recommend you visit. Highly recommended👍👍👍🎁

Sophie Mc: Great coffee, always delicious! And the beans are so good too.

Samuel Flinn: Has become my go-to for buying beans, a must for anyone who enjoys coffee.Even just going in for a takeaway coffee, it’s well worth it.

Gordon Fung: Best coffee I’ve had on my Adelaide trip.

Colby Jones: Typically I visit Coffee in Common for my beans however I decided to give patio a crack. Went and ordered an espresso to see how their beans are and this was an excellent choice as the beans were delicious! In addition the barista offered for me to sample their batch brew free of charge which I accepted and enjoyed as well! Ended up having a lovely chat with the barista and purchased a 1Kg bag of their Colombian single origin and some of their limited release beans for filter brewing.Have since gone back twice, once just for a coffee in the morning and the other to get some more beans and some scales. They are incredibly knowledgeable and offer plenty of amazing options for home coffee enthusiasts! Will be going here for the indefinite future for my beans

Nathan Green: We went in and saw the owner Basil - to discuss buying a new machine. We had previously bought from him ten plus years ago and wanted to upgrade. . . What an amazing customer experience we had!!Basil helped us choose a whole new setup, arranged a refresher barista course for us and gave us great advice on choosing some new beans to try. All while being mindful of our budget.I cannot recommend this coffee place any higher; from home coffee machines through to corporate kitchens & cafes and wholesale beans - this is the place to go!

Charles Wang: Got two special pour over and one cappuccino here. Everything is fantastic and unique. I have been to more than 100 coffee shops around Adelaide and this place is of course in top 3 no matter you believe or not. The staff here dedicates seriously in her job and will never show you unsatisfied product even have to put it into rubbish bin. What an amazing customer service!

Jeremy Close: Now at new premises on Richmond Rd.Easier to get to and park. Better in every way. Confirtable, spacious and open til 5. No better place for a afternoon coffee fixPreviously...Roaster, Barista training, coffee equipment of all types. Cakes and pastries available. The seats are all hard wooden stools but they're comfortable and stable.Their espresso is of the highest quality, perfectly prepared and served with a glass of sparkling water. I'll definitely be back.

Amy: I am Amy, a student at Alliance College. I just finished III Commercial Cookery. My teacher is Anthony Julianto. Over the past year, I have learned a lot about being a chef, combining theory with kitchen practice. My teacher Anthony is very responsible. He provides us with additional knowledge during class and occasionally makes jokes. I really enjoyed the year and am very grateful to my teacher for his instruction.

Nati Caimi: I came to Alliance after studying for a year at another school, and the difference is truly remarkable. The human and educational quality is excellent, the school is perfect, the classes are very well organized, and my teacher Scott Heher is outstanding. You can really see the interest and effort they put in to make things go well.I completed the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at another school and had the pleasure of attending a class here, and the difference is significant. I regret losing a year in other school when I could have come here from the start. If you plan to study to become a Chef, don't hesitate, come here because you will truly learn and enjoy the process.

Dash August: They also have really good vegan/vegetarian options but I’d personally just recommend one of the croissant optionsThe raisin bread is amazing and they have two types of jam aswell as butter to go along with the two pieces which are portioned perfectlyIt’s a very short walk from the road

Kevin Marzahn: .Parking was an issue. One needs to either park in the very small carpark at the rear of the cafe or in the tennis club carpark. Then one must walk around to the front of the cafe along the narrow road.Parking for the disabled is directly in front of the door. It is a bit tight getting into the right spot to unload walkers and the somewhat immobile guests. One then needs to back out onto the road and park at the rear.

Jenny Bacchetti: Lovely cosy cafe and art gallery. Delicious food! I had a halloumi salad bowl and berry cheesecake. Both yummy!!!

Vilia “The nymph of the woods.”: , and some will find the walk to the front door slightly too steep. Limited parking on Cox Place. Parking aside, it is well worth the visit.

Simon Jones: What a find!

Rosie Mclaughlin: Dietary restrictions: Gluten free.

Matthew Williams: Love this coffee shop/cafe/restaurant. Always really friendly staff and good coffee. Lots of good art to look at and if your inclined buy, also lots of knick-knacks, cards and other interesting pieces to browse. I think the fact that this place always has a lots of customers and very frequently only a couple of free seats, often none by the fireplace speaks volumes. Will definitely be back.

Kerry J: Lovely gallery with a range of visual arts, jewellery and handicrafts from local artists. Wonderful coffee and a nice assortment of cakes and goodies. Staff is friendly and efficient. Perfect for a mid-morning or lazy afternoon stop and wander.

Cath: A hidden gem, for brunch, coffee & cake or a beverage & plater on any given day
