Bob Elliott: I have 5 outdoor patio blinds. Made an appointment for the repairman to come out. I only waited a day. There was a $90 call out fee. The repairman checked the four blinds which had issues. One hour later all were sliding up and down the tracks and were no longer sticking or not operating.The repairman is from South Africa and his knowledge and advice were excellent. Told me what lubricant to buy and use on tracks and how best to wash the blindsI was so impressed I rang his boss the next day and passed on my thanksIf ever you need blinds repaired, contact the blind Repair CentreTotal cost including the call out fee was $240 which was well worth it.A big thumbs up

They told me they did not do repairs and that I would need to buy a new blind. I was extremely annoyed and disappointed - the blind was only 3 years old. All I can say is thank goodness for the Blind Repair Centre who quickly saw what needed to be done and repaired it on the spot for an amazing price. Always a traveller: I could not be happier with the motorised Issey Dakota awning with vibration sensor from shadeform on Grange road.From my first contact with Cath at their office to the salesman Rocky who came in for the initial checkover, selection and measure plus learning these units can be fitted safely to constructions of heeble, I felt fully assured in the product. The final measure was completed by guys with years of experience fitting these. They were very professional, tidy and gave me a full rundown on the general tips and minimal care required.It's extended my living area from the dining room and looks great from inside and out. The large north facing aluminium doors are now protected from the sun in the coming summer which has already proven a huge energy saver with inside staying noticeably cooler.The product is engineered to the highest quality.

Jeff Simpson: . We dropped into their showroom and checked out their blind samples and discovered it was a family owned and run business. When I asked where the blinds were manufactured they opened a rear office door to reveal the factory - "there". From that we arranged an in home measure and quote. The sales rep, Peter, was extremely punctual, friendly and courteous and offered many options and gave great advice. The time frame from ordering to install was quoted at 4 to 6 weeks. The actual time frame was 3 weeks and the installer was one of the sons. He also arrived on time and did a great job with minimal disruption. All packaging and mess was cleaned up on departure by him. It has been nearly 3 months since the installation of the blinds andwanted to 'test drive the blinds' before making a honest review. I could not be happier with the front of house customer service, sales rep and the installation and quality of the blinds. We had a combination of venetian and roman blinds. I highly recommend giving Mr Blinds a call when considering blinds. Oh, they do external blinds and window fixings too.....

J Roc: Was in Adelaide for the gather round and went leave Wednesday morning and heard a loud bang when we went over the speed humps stopped only to find broken spring. Phoned Adelaide caravan repair shop who advised to bring van for inspection. It was determined that new springs were required. Tim organised all parts and repairs and we were back on the road within 24 hrs. Great service Thankyou to all the team as it was literally a team effort. I would highly recommend any travellers that need any van repairs to use this company.

My last purchase was the luxaflex duette shades. These blinds provide great insulation in summer from heat keeping the rooms cool. I purchased the luxaflex lightlock system with my blinds giving the room an almost blackout experience. It was because of Greg that I selected this product and highly recommend them. From the prompt and professional initial contact with Emily in the office through to installation my dealings with all of them were excellent. I had no idea what external blinds I wanted but Greg was amazing. He took time to talk with me to find out exactly what I wanted the blinds to achieve. Windows on one full side of the house face west, so I needed strong sun protection without losing the views we had over the city. I was very sceptical when Greg showed me the samples of ShadeNext Window Screens as they looked so dense, but once installed they are just perfect. They cut down the strong afternoon summer sun, without losing the vista. The mechanism is so compact: a simple roller fitting precisely into neat brackets at the bottom. No cords, or handles, just an easy glide when released back up to the top, under a neat pelmet. We just love them. The installer was friendly and professional and did a great job. We chose the Luxaflex PolySatin Shutters, which are excellent and totally change the look of our bedroom. I couldn't recommend the products, or SnS more highly.

We did our own research and were about to spend $2k but David looked at our car and what we wanted to mount. Sorted us out with bars for a 1/4 of the price and everything is mounted perfectly and looks amazing.
