Seb Rech: Great place, great trainers, great equipment. Would recommend

easa: Awesome great experience friendly staff,

Leigh Wingard: Great staff, really friendly Especially brad.

Marty Lewis: A great gym, spacious & always clean & tidy. All the staff are really friendly & inviting. Definitely a gym worth driving some distance to use if in the area!🙂

KJ Mercer: Taking the first step can be daunting - I say, be unafraid and fearless! AF Balhannah provides such a welcoming and supportive space, I can’t believe I’ve been a member just over a year!My PT Brad always has a training program ready that both challenges me and supports the running and cycling pursuits I have outside the gym.Developing a consistent approach to training has really benefited me, both physically and mentally. It gave me the confidence to enter my first running race - at age 52! - and inspired me to plan for bettering my results next year. And it encouraged me to become involved in AF causes such as Tread As One, as I thoroughly see the benefits that physical activity has on mental health.Anytime Fitness Balhannah is my place to get out of my comfort zone, show up, be consistent, for ME - it not only has such huge benefits beyond just strength and mobility. You also never know who you’re inspiring in turn - for me, I know it’s my 3 active children.Always welcoming, always clean and maintained, and always up for a chat and a challenge!

tyler barker: Have been coming to this gym for a couple years now, an absolutely beautiful, always clean and professional place for fitness. Couldn’t recommend it enough to people of all ages, beginner or professional.Even the staff and trainers here and super friendly and very good at what they do. It’s a win win!

Kane Liebelt: Good staff clean good equipment highly recommend

Andrew Thorp: Fantastic gym with amazing staff and great amenities. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to train. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Brad: Great club! Members are awesome. Very welcoming. Never seen a gym so clean!

Kaitlyn Lo-Faro: This is easily the best gym in the adelaide area. The staff are so helpful, The gym is always clean. Great classes and the other gym members are very nice and respectful. Overall it’s a great place to workout !!

Lukas Mayer: this has got to be the best gym out there. I had the nicest lad help me when I started working out there. All the equipment is elite and the gym is really clean. this is the greatest gym of all time

Rosalind Bowering: Weather it's a 1-1 session a class or just doing my own thing, I always enjoy my sessions at the gym. Recently I had to take time out after breaking my ankle, the staff contacted me to check in with my progress, and altered my payment accordingly .

Glenn Moore: Plenty of equipment, from runners, step machines, weights, bicycles, and rowing machines. Change rooms kept clean and tidy.

Kate Jones: Great gym. Friendly people! Very welcoming

Alice Surrey: Simply the best in all respects

Annie Wick: This has to be the best place to learn to dance! Warm and inviting place where the instructors really want to help you have a great experience. I think that learning to dance could be a little awkward but the instructors here make it creative and fun.

skrill user: Extremely supportive environment for everyone from complete beginners to advanced students. I've been coming for several months now and never thought I'd feel this comfortable in a studio space. All of the instructors are fantastic.

Andrew: This has been my second home for about 5 years. They are always welcoming and polite and nothing is too much trouble. Love the atmosphere of Harleys hip hop class and even the privates were so much fun. Everyone who works there are great. Keep up the good work Steven Kelly Dance 😊😊😊

Rebecca Webster: and they make each lesson heaps of fun. We started as complete beginners but we actually have a lot of confidence now. Pricing is great when compared to other places and it includes a lot more, plus their studio is to die for! So pretty. We opted for the Gold package so we're getting amazing value for money since we can divide our lessons however we want, which is handy for us since we're doing a First Dance mixing 3 songs, I'm having a father daughter dance AND we're having a few lessons with our bridal party as a surprise. It will definitely be a highlight of our wedding day and that's what we wanted! I can't recommend these guys enough. See you Friday, Bec & Ben x

CrossFit Adelaide: what do users think?

Daniel B: Great experience! I am very satisfied, I had a great time. I loved the personal training session, It was very useful to understand where I am at and what I need to improve. Ben is very competent, professional and awesome to work with.

Craig and Christina: Hands down THE best gym in SA!

katerina: I highly recommended CrossFit Adelaide for new and existing CrossFitters. This has been an absolute change to anything that I have previously attempted and I am thoroughly enjoyeing it. I feel more fit than ever and it's only been months since I have joined! As well as having a great sense of humor, owner and trainer Ben has a wealth of knowledge and caters for all fitness levels. His sessions are well structured with decent warmups and techniques shown/practiced with each exercise. Assistance with technique is provided throughout the session and individual improvement encouraged. There is a good mix of strength and cardio with a different but intense workout planned each day.Ben also has a gift of finding fantastic trainers that he works with, so you will not miss him when he's not around.

Paul Whitehead: I joined for 3 week when I was visiting from RSA. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a crossfit box in Adelaide!

Charlotte Berrill: Awesome gym, amazing trainers and a great facility.

Harry Singh: Positive Communication

Ethan Madadi: Have been doing cross fit for 5 months now. 2months in Canberra and three months with theses guys.Ben, Steph and Tim are amazing .I had a very sedentary lifestyle before starting cross fit but after 5 months I am seeing the changes in my body which is really unbelievable .Ben is really knowledgeable with a dry sense of humour he keeps watching us during the workout and correct our bad movements and postures when needed.

Michael Eid: Ben and the team at Crossfit Adelaide are extremely welcoming and the fitness is great

blackall57: A solid medium sized CrossFit gym with cool staff -I was in town for a few days and trained at Crossfit Adelaide each morning at 0615. Class sizes were around ten folks. Gym is well equipped and is your classic ‘industrial area with a big roller door’ kind of box. It’s waaaay down the back of an industrial estate but not hard to find.Sessions while I was there followed a common format of a warm up, a strength activity for about 15-20 mins then a metcon for about the same.Ben the owner took all the classes I went to. He was really easy going, knowledgeable and well humoured. The groups there ranged widely in fitness levels and he easily accommodated fitter more experienced athletes with folks that were still picking things up. Didn’t meet any of the other trainers but Ben was a stand out.Good gym. A bit out of the way. I’ll train there again next time I’m around.

Louise McMullen: A very welcoming place with kind staff!

Wade Zammit Meaney: I’ve been with Freedom Fitness since early 2022, and I’ve been popping in with casual visits beforehand. Honestly, part of me wants to keep this place a secret – it’s that good. Where else in Adelaide can you book your very own lane for a swim in 40-minute slots? It’s a game changer, and one of the best covid legacies! The vibe here is fantastic, with a respectful and friendly community, staff included. if you’re looking to snag a lane during peak hours, make sure to book well in advance!

Jayakrishnan V C: Absolutely the best trainer - Vanessa from Freedom Fitness, Adelaide! She genuinely wants her clients to reach their goals. Very supportive and encouraging. Her approach in training is something that every client requires. Very systematic and gradual learning approach. She genuinely loves her work and I can see that very much reflected in the training sessions that we do together! MJ Leaver: who has sharpened her skills and built her fitness, and teamwork and is progressing towards level 3! Had a great outing at Nationals & is competing in Hawaii in 2024.We also have a child new to cheer who started recreational cheer, and joined a Mini Novice team in July - the coaches were very nurturing and encouraging and she loved learning and performing.Jamie is friendly, and professional & clearly loves the club, and the sport - and is still a competitor himself. He & Jess do an amazing job running Outlaws. It is a phenomenal facility, with a full sized competition sprung floor, mirrors, an air-track, and it looks really awesome.Outlaws SA take a holistic approach to training and they're inclusive of varying body sizes and abilities. Their attitude at competitions is ethical, and supportive- and owners, coaches, athletes and families are encouraged to cheer every Outlaws team on competition day.

The Fitness Hub: what do users think?

Sharine Madoo: It’s a nicely located gym. It has just been refurbished and moved to bigger and better space. It is also well equipped and has a lot natural light coming through. The signage , however, could be better. The group sessions are generally quite good and same goes for the instructors. However, you may encounter a few that have a 'whatever attitude' and who do not introduce themselves or explain the outline of the session. It’s a bit of a communication glitch and poor finesse. It would be useful to have an app where you can book the group sessions and know who is running the session. Perhaps there is one already ….maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️Other than that, it’s great option especially for those who are on a busy schedule.

Hana Vakilian: Pretty good gym, equipment is good and has a fair bit of variety, the only thing was me was that aircon in the main room with the squat racks was not working that well. Would recommend if you’re visiting Adelaide or just looking for a gym

Ebony Schulze: Been seen Dr Yasmin for nearly 5 years. She is great!

Zachary Bowdon: It is very welcoming it has everything you will need for a gym

Gerald Varley: Well equipped and good value for annual fee.
