The image quality is fantastic.From there, I was able to watch back to see people walking up the street, pointing at houses and checking letter boxes.A great part about having this particular system is that it comes with an app on your phone. I was able to isolate this particular segment and save it to my phone to share. You are also able to to take screen shots, crop or zoom through the app.

Blackwoodhoods: Had a faulty Paradox Magellan alarm system that was installed by the RAA replaced with a Risco WiComm Pro system on the advice from Kevin and an ISS Technician. It takes me weeks and lots of research to part with $50 to buy a phone cover! So poor Kevin was extremely patient with me when it came to the multiple questions and quote revisions! I don’t part with my money easily. So for that, thank you Kevin, I’m sorry for any stress caused and how annoying I must have been! But we got there in the end. I was sent a wonderful presentation and I’m glad I’ve gone with the RISCO product. Edward and Jason were the installers and worked very well together, did a high quality install and were informative on how the new system works and left the site clean and tidy. I highly recommend Infratec to anyone needing domestic, commercial or industrial security to CCTV and Wireless camera systems and all other security related services. The Preventative Maintenance program is a great option that I suggest you package with your monitoring. The system I had installed also has a feature rich phone application that allows me to control the system from anywhere and also allows remote servicing and modification of the system from a Technician. Thanks again Infratec and all the team.

Achtung Baby: I required a new alarm system for my home but was sick and tired of the "big boys" like ADT, Chubb and Clarke Security requiring me to commit to a 3 year monitoring contract in order to subsidize their "cheap" alarms.When I contacted Kevin at Infratec for a quote, I found him very knowledgeable in all things related to security and he was quite enthusiastic about visiting my premises to be able to offer a personalized quote for my property.I opted for a 5 sensor Risco Hybrid Self-Monitored System with GSM Module and IP cameras. The simple app allows me to arm and disarm the system remotely, plus check the cameras effortlessly from anywhere in the world with the simple push of a button. It gives fantastic peace of mind to be able to look at your living room or bedroom when you're overseas on holidays!The installer was a gentleman called Marlon who had it all completed in a day and made the entire process feel effortless.In the weeks following installation, there were some configuration issues that popped however Infratec had Marlon or his assistant Edward contact me within 24 hours to organise a return visit to adjust the settings and get everything running like a well-oiled machine. This is the type of personalized experience that you just don't get with "big" companies and is testament to the quality of service that Kevin and his team have.All in all, I'd recommend Infratec for all your home or business security requirements.

When I recently needed to add a new system to another property, I asked for several quotes. Infratec was the most professionally presented quotation, and also the most competitive. After choosing Infratec as my supplier and installer, I needed to change the timeline for installation. The admin support from Infratec was first class. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, all the staff I’ve dealt with have been excellent. The recent installation of my new system was again a very positive experience. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and I received a thorough brief on how to operate and manage the system. The paperwork involved was clear and concise. Jun Ma: My security alarm was serviced by another company, and it gave me unpleasant experience -- they promised to call me twice but this never happened and the work they did was expensive and not reliable. Then I learned Infratec by Google through reading reviews and comparing with other companies. The company tech Karian came to my property on time. She was friendly, very efficient to service the system and to fix up problems. The cost is very competitive in comparison with other companies. So highly recommend.
