I have been suffering with endometriosis for 20 years and seeing her for a month has reduced my pain significantly, almost no pain during my last cycle. I can't believe it, it has been a life changing experience to me. All those years before suffering and taking pain medications to being able to function, I only wish I had come to see her sooner. Rhodie Ruff: After developing an enduring, extremely painful condition in my lower back and left leg, I sought medical attention; after 2 MRI scans, ultrasound investigations and several months of treatment by a physiotherapist, two sports doctors, an orthopaedic surgeon and finally a neurologist, my condition deteriorated - so I tried acupuncture as a last resort. I cannot rate Julie Zhu high enough; after 4 treatments, the excruciatingly painful muscle spasms had stopped - and within weeks I was able to resume physical training and gym classes. If you’re in pain and your treatment isn’t working, you should try the Essential Acupuncture Clinic, and the expertise of Julie Zhu.

Spending thousands of dollars on procedures at skin clinics, LED treatment, extractions, vitamins and even prescription serums, nothing had worked. After just approximately 6 treatments of acupuncture with Julie, my skin is completely clear and I have obtained a normal menstruation cycle. Couldn’t recommend more.

T B: After an accident some years ago, I have been left with constant pain over most parts of my body. Dr Yihong is a lifesaver. With daily and sometimes debilitating hip and lower back pain, I was starting to think I would never get relief without medication. After 1 session, Dr Yihong made the pain bearable. After 2 sessions, I was sleeping better. After 3 sessions, my pain is manageable with Panadol and I’ll deal with it. I also get constant headaches as a result of a shoulder injury. After 7 days with a non stop headache and one session with Dr Yihong, my headache was GONE! I cannot recommend Dr Yihong enough. Her beautiful and kind nature just adds to her incredible ability to ease or completely fix pain.

Emma Wotzke: What a wonderfully peaceful place. From the moment I entered Aspects of Healing the staff were warm, attentive and friendly. I found the experience of the Ayurveda Detoxification Program with Aisha amazing; equally unique, rejuvenating and calming, and felt very confident in her care. Whilst the actual experience was so relaxing with warm oils, massage, steam treatment and scrub, it was after that I felt like I was floating, and slept like I was on holiday.I love that this business brings together such a diverse range of treatments and provides such a high level of knowledge and consideration when approaching client concerns. I'm looking forward to going back and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new way to approach health, relaxation or even to experience a great massage.

Bret Morris: I have been seeing Damian for a number of years and can strongly recommend his treatments. Initially I saw Damian for vertigo, tinnitus and other issues related to my Menieres disease. The tinnitus is all but gone, the vertigo is so so much better to a point that I feel it is managed. Clearly the loss of hearing can not be reversed but my quality of life has been significantly improved as a result of his comprehensive, "whole of person" treatment. The warm welcoming to the patient is so good from reception staff to all the physiotherapists in a professional manner.My physiotherapist, Mukul was incredibly good who spent time in listening to my problem and explained very well of what he is trying to achieve with the treatment. He definitely made me feel positive about my recovery. Napa, also helped in my recovery with the remedial massages.I would highly recommend Therapist Sports and Spine for all physio treatments.

Ferdin Prifti: I’ve been seeing Mukul for a few years for chronic muscular pain in my neck and shoulders along with spinal issues. Mukul is thorough and personal in his approach and has been the only physio to provide long term relief from my pain. His knowledge of the body and how it moves is incredible and his manipulation, dry needling and massage techniques are the best. Recently i also saw the other physios who work with Mukul and noticed that they have a very similar approach, with focus on long term recovery and help me understand the problem so I could look after my own body independently. I highly recommend Mukul and physiotherapy team at Therapia Sports and Spine to anyone in need of a great physio in Adelaide.

Individual attention and focus on correct alignment are commendable. Over last two years at Coast Yoga I had a pleasure to attend classes with many yoga teachers and all of them were professional, helpful and dedicated. It is not just to teach yoga, it is to live it, and this is what I have observed at Coast Yoga.

Adele Angel: Couldn't highly recommend the couples birthing workshop and Friday night pregnancy yoga classes more!!!The pregnancy yoga classes are a great way to connect with other pregnant mums while taking a bit of 'me' time. The classes also provide so much practical information, real in-person birth stories from mums who have just given birth and study based education in a relaxed and open environment. I feel supported and empowered for having done these classes.My husband and I are so glad we attended the couples birthing workshop. I not only walked away feeling even more informed and confident but it was super beneficial for my husbands confidence and concerns, our communication and our teamwork. We loved all the information, practical tips and that it prompted us to have an honest and open discussion about the expectations and fears we didn't know one another had. So glad we did this workshop!!!

In addition, his prescribed at-home exercise program has helped me immensely and for this I am truly grateful.I only wish I could visit him more often but unfortunately, my private health coverage for allied health services was used up and wasted earlier this year on an idiot chiropractor who maliciously strung me along with multiple excessive and unnecessary ‘treatments’ that produced no improvement to my overall health whatsoever. As a result, I can’t afford to continue seeing Mr Heinrich until my insurance coverage resets at the beginning of next year. Sadly, I am just unable to pay the full price for ongoing physiotherapy sessions that are not subsidised by private health.Nevertheless. I look forward to returning to this 5-star physiotherapy practice and will continue my at-home program until my return. I would also like to commend the fantastic and very kind reception staff for whom no request is too much trouble. Awesome work and well done to everyone from Adelaide Physiocare and Sports Acupuncture Plympton Park!! A+++

Violet Wang: I have been seeing different physiotherapists for my neck, should and back problem for the last 15+ years, finally I found my favourite one Mark, who was recommended by a workmate. I saw him yesterday for the first time. Wow he is knowledgeable, approachable and most importantly he provided a world class treatment! Highly recommended! I’m taking my mum to see him in two weeks. And don’t leave to the last minute to book appointment as he is in high demand!

LINDA BOGDANOV: and Chiro but the pain and restrictions persisted. I decided to try acupuncture and book myself with Mark who explained the complexity with shoulder in such details that I was able to understand what treatment he was going to provide. I had about seven visits and my shoulder is back to normal. Mark is very knowledgeable and excellent practitioner. I will recommend Mark for any problems people have.
